CCM
The CCM is an electrically operated valve designed specifically for operation in CO2 systems. The valve is capable of functioning both as an expansion valve, and as a gas bypass valve with back-pressure regulation in subcritical applications. The pressure rating allows for operation in environments where system standby capability is required without the need for auxiliary cooling systems during servicing or power outages.
CCMT
The CCMT is an electrically operated valve designed specifically for operation in CO2 systems. The CCMT valve concept is designed to fulfil global refrigeration requirements. The valve is capable of functioning either as an expansion valve, as a pressure regulator for the gascooler or as a gas bypass valve with backpressure regulation in transcritical or subcritical applications.
CTR
The CTR is an electrically operated 3-way valve designed specifically for operation in CO2 systems with heat reclaim. CTR is designed to allow full proportional control of the surplus heat from compressor pack into the heat exchanger of trans critical heat reclaim solutions. The proportional control of the CTR ensures that the exact amount of heat required is available at any time, and the possibility to operate smoothly in changeover sitiuations allowing for stable control. The typical application for the CTR is a Pack/ rack system in food retail application working with trans critical CO2. Heat reclaim is the current most attractive energy advantage of trans critical CO2. Even as trans critical CO2 systems are on par or outperform traditional HFC installations on energy performance, this also ensures the possibility to supply high quality heat to be exploited. Heat reclaim is seeing an increased deployment and becoming a norm in most trans critical CO2 retail installations today
ICM
The motor operated ICM valve comprises four main components: Valve body, top cover, function module and Actuator. On ICM 20 – 65 the top cover and function module will be combined. ICM are motor operated valves driven by actuator type ICAD. The sizes DN25 to DN65 are designed for MWP of 65 bar, while all other sizes have MWP of 52 bar. ICM valves are designed to regulate an expansion process in liquid lines with or without phase change or control pressure or temperature in dry and wet suction lines and hot gas lines. ICM valves are designed so that the opening and closing forces are balanced, therefore, only two sizes of ICAD actuators are needed for the complete range of ICM from DN 20 to DN 150. The ICM motor operated valve and ICAD actuator assembly offers a very compact unit with small dimensions.
ICMTS
The ICMTS is a direct operated motorized valve driven by actuator type ICAD 600A-TS. The ICMTS is designed to regulate the flow of transcritical gas or subcritical liquid from the gascooler in transcritical CO2 systems. The ICMTS can also be used for other control functions in CO2 systems. The ICMTS valve is designed so that the opening and closing forces are balanced. ICAD 600A-TS actuators can also operate an ICMTS valve as an On/Off function supported by a digital input. The ICMTS valve can be operated manually via the ICAD 600A-TS actuator or via the Multifunction tool for ICMTS.

KVS
KVS is a series of electronic suction modulating valves for AC transport and refrigeration applications. Accurate temperature or pressure control is obtained by modulating the refrigerant flow in the evaporator with a current or voltage driver. With an EKC 368 controller (current driver) and an AKS sensor placed in the media to be controlled, an accuracy better than ± 0.5K can be obtained. The balanced design provides bi-flow operation as well as solenoid shut-off function in both flow directions at MOPD 33 bar (478 psig).
KVS 1C/2C/3C/5C
KVS Colibri® is a series of electric suction modulating valves for AC transport and refrigeration applications. Accurate temperature or pressure control is obtained by modulating the refrigerant flow in the evaporator with a current or voltage driver. The balanced design provides bi-flow operation as well as solenoid shut-off function in both flow directions at MOPD 40 bar (580 psig).
