UnoFloor - distribution systems

UnoFloor basic

The Danfoss UnoFloor Basic is a pre-assembled underfloor heating balancing and control distribution unit. UnoFloor comes wired and premounted. The UnoFloor’s Danfoss Icon™ 230V Wiring center can connect up to 14 thermal actuators and 8 room thermostats. It is provided with 230V Live circulation pump output and a potential-free relays for controlling a boiler. The SSM stainless-steel manifold is used for controlling water flow. Each tube of the floor heating system is connected to the manifold, thus making it possible to control water flow or heat supply to each room in the building individually.

UnoFloor comfort

The Danfoss UnoFloor Comfort is a preassembled pressure independent underfloor heating balancing and control distribution unit. UnoFloor comes wired and premounted. The UnoFloor’s Danfoss Icon™ 230V Wiring center can connect up to 8 thermal actuators and room thermostats. It is provided with 230V Live circulation pump output and a potential-free relays for controlling a boiler. The SSM stainless-steel manifold is used for controlling water flow. Each tube of the floor heating system is connected to the manifold, thus making it possible to control water flow or heat supply to each room in the building individually. The AB-PM set ensures optimal hydronic balance. Flow limitation independent of differential pressure is now guaranteed.

UnoFloor control

The Danfoss UnoFloor Control is a preassembled pressure independent underfloor heating electronic balancing and control distribution unit. UnoFloor comes wired and pre-mounted. The UnoFloor’s Danfoss Icon™ Master controller 24V is modular heating center for individual room control. It can be configured as a wired or wireless system or as a combination, if required. Can connect up to 10 thermal actuators and room thermostats. The SSM stainless-steel manifold is used for controlling water flow. Each tube of the floor heating system is connected to the manifold, thus making it possible to control water flow or heat supply to each room in the building individually. The The AB-PM set ensures optimal hydronic balance. Flow limitation independent of differential pressure is now guaranteed.

UnoFloor H/C

The Danfoss UnoFloor Heating / Cooling is a preassembled pressure distribution unit for 4-pipe systems with floor heating and cooling. UnoFloor comes wired and pre-mounted. The UnoFloor’s Danfoss Icon™ Master controller 24V is modular heating center for individual room control. It can be configured as a wired or wireless system or as a combination, if required. Can connect up to 10 thermal actuators and room thermostats. The SSM stainless-steel manifold is used for controlling water flow. Each tube of the floor heating and cooling system is connected to the manifold, thus making it possible to control water flow or heat supply to each room in the building individually. The The AB-PM set ensures optimal hydronic balance. Flow limitation independent of differential pressure is now guaranteed. Together with Danfoss TWA electric thermoactuators, RA-C valves make up a perfect combination for control of cooling and heating circuits.

UnoFloor light

Danfoss prefabricated stainless steel distribution units for floor heating in cabinets. The Danfoss UnoFloor Light series are preassembled stainless steel distribution units installed in a cabinet for in-wall installation.These solutions make it easier for the installer to order a ready-made plug & play construction for mounting of distribution pipes for the building section.

The units are available as standard solutions with 4 to 12 connections and include manual air vent and drain valve. In addition the solutions include a flow meter to maintain the designated flow rate.
The UnoFloor Light stations are all for left connections.

UnoFloor comes wired and premounted. UnoFloor Light C includes Danfoss Icon™ 230 V Wiring Center and Light Ci comes with Danfoss Icon™ 24 V Master Controller.

UnoFloor metering

Danfoss UnoFloor Metering is a prefabricated pressure independent stainless steel distribution units for floor heating. UnoFloor Metering comes wired and premounted installed in a cabinet for in-wall or on-wall installation. These solutions make it easier for the installer to order a ready-made plug & play construction for mounting of distribution pipes for the building section. The units are available as standard solutions with 4 to 12 connections left/right version and include manual air vent and drain valve. In addition the solutions include a flow meter to maintain the designated flow rate. The AB-PM set ensures optimal hydronic blance.Flow limitation independent of differential pressure is granted. UnoFloor Metering comes with a domestic water line and MTCV balancing valve for hot water circulation.

UnoFloor mixing

The Danfoss UnoFloor Mixing is a preassembled pressure independent underfloor heating balancing and control distribution unit. UnoFloor comes wired and premounted. UnoFloor Mixing includes Danfoss Icon™ 230V Wiring Center or Danfoss Icon™ 24V Master Controller. The SSM stainless-steel manifold is used for controlling water flow.
