Direct heating and instantaneous DHW
Direct heating stations with instantaneous domestic hot water preparation are used in single-family houses, where pressure and temperature conditions allow direct connections, but the most common use is in the multi-family buildings with decentralized heating and DHW installations.
Direct heating substation with instantaneous domestic hot water preparation are used in single-family houses, where pressure and temperature conditions allow direct connections, but the most common use is in the multi-family buildings with decentralized heating and DHW installations.
Each building and apartment has a directly connected substation or flat station with integrated production of domestic hot water. Single or multiple heating circuits (e.g. radiator, floor heating system) are supplied with heated water from the central heat source.
Today, renovated or new buildings are obliged to make at least partial use of renewable energy sources. Modern central heating systems can use buffer tanks to combine different energy sources.
All buildings must comply with strict DHW hygiene regulations.
Product Highlights
- Integrated components ensure safe operation, increases durability and minimize whole life costs
- Compact design - Minimum space required for installation
- Electronic or flow/thermostatic control of heating and domestic hot water
- Operates independently of differential pressure and flow temperature
- Low energy loss
- Domestic hot water is produced on demand, without storing and with Min. risk of lime scale and bacteria formation
- Heating systems can combine different energy sources
- If the volume of water held between the water heater and the taps is less than 3 liters, no regular hygienic testing is required.

EvoFlat RENO 2.0
The EvoFlat Reno 2.0 are apartment stations for direct heating and continuous flow domestic hot water heating in 2- pipe systems, specifically designed to replace gas boilers. While the existing connections for hot and cold water, as well as the flow and return lines of the secondary heating circuit, can be reused without major modifications, it is recommended that the connections for the primary heating flow and return be routed through the chimney. The primary supply lines are connected from above as standard. All pipes are made of stainless steel and are thermally insulated.
Primary side (DH)
The station is supplied with heating water from a heat source. The apartment station is factory- equipped with a hot water thermostat, differential pressure regulator, strainer, summer bypass, M10 sensor mount, and a fitting for installing a heat meter.
Heating (HE)
The TPC-M automatic temperature controller with integrated differential pressure regulator ensures optimal operating conditions for heating and domestic hot water. An actuator and room thermostat can be optionally used to control the room temperature. National laws and guidelines must be observed using an optional high- temperature connection set.
Domestic hot water (DHW)
Domestic hot water is heated using a heat exchanger based on the flow principle. The domestic hot water temperature is regulated by the TPC-M automatic controller. This combination controller ensures superior user friendliness by acting as a combined hydraulic and thermostatic valve. The flow- controlled section allows flow through the heat exchanger on the primary and secondary sides only during hot water use. Flow is blocked immediately after hot water tap is complete. The TPC-M controller ensures a constant domestic hot water temperature even with fluctuating flow temperatures and differential pressures. Equipped with a summer bypass as standard.
