AFQM / AFQM6
AFQM 6 is a self-acting flow controller with integrated control valve with full authority, primarily for use in district heating systems. The controller closes when set max. flow is exceeded. In combination with Danfoss electrical actuators AMV(E) can be controlled by ECL electronic controllers. The AFQM 6 is pressure independent which means that the control characteristic is independent from the available pressure and is not influenced by a low authority. The controller has a control valve with adjustable flow restrictor, connection neck for electrical actuator and an actuator with one control diaphragm. Control valve AFQM 6 DN40-50 is not pressure relieved.
AFQM 2
AFQM 2 is a self-acting flow controller with integrated control valve developed for the use in district heating / cooling systems. The controller prevents flow to exceed set max flow. In a combination with electrical actuators AMV(E) and ECL electronic controllers the flow and temperature can be controlled to achieve highest energy savings. AFQM 2 has a control valve with adjustable flow limiter, connection neck for electrical actuator and a pressure actuator with one control diaphragm.
AFQMP 2
AFQMP 2 is a self-acting flow controller with integrated control valve and with pressure actuator with adjustable spring, developed for the use in district heating / cooling systems. The controller prevents flow to exceed set max flow. Pressure actuator with adjustable spring enables adjustment of differential pressure over the control cone from 0.1 to 1 bar. Increased flows can be provided. In a combination with electrical actuators AMV(E) and ECL electronic controllers the flow and temperature can be controlled to achieve highest energy savings. AFQMP 2 has a control valve with adjustable flow limiter, connection neck for electrical actuator and a pressure actuator with one control diaphrag.
AHQM (DN 15-100)
AHQM is a self-acting flow controller with integrated control valve primarily for use in district heating systems or in secondary district heating systems as well. The controller closes when set max. flow is exceeded. In combination with Danfoss electrical actuators AMV(E) can be controlled by ECL electronic controllers. The controllers have a control valve with adjustable flow restrictor, connection neck for electrical actuator, and an actuator with one control diaphragm.

In a combination with electrical actuators AMV(E) and ECL electronic controllers the flow and temperature can be controlled to achieve highest energy savings.
AVQM (PN 16)
AVQM is a self-acting flow controller with integrated control valve developed for the use in district heating / cooling systems. The controller prevents flow to exceed set max flow. In a combination with electrical actuators AMV(E) and ECL electronic controllers the flow and temperature can be controlled to achieve highest energy savings. AVQM has a control valve with adjustable flow limiter, connection neck for electrical actuator and a pressure actuator with one control diaphragm.
AVQM (PN 25)
AVQM is a self-acting flow controller withintegrated control valve developed for theuse in district heating / cooling systems. Thecontroller prevents flow to exceed set maxflow. In a combination with electrical actuatorsAMV(E) and ECL electronic controllers the flowand temperature can be controlled to achievehighest energy savings.AVQM has a control valve with adjustable flowlimiter, connection neck for electrical actuator anda pressure actuator with one control diaphragm. Controllers are used together with Danfoss electrical actuators: - AMV 150 1) - AMV(E) 10 1) / AMV(E) 20 / AMV(E) 30 - AMV(E) 13 1) / AMV(E) 23 / AMV(E) 33 with spring return function - AMV(E) 23 SU (spring up) - AMV 20 SL / AMV 23 SL / AMV 30 SL with stroke limitation 1) AMV 150 / AMV(E) 10 / AMV(E) 13 can be combined with DN 15 controller only. AVQM combined with AMV(E) 13, AMV(E) 23 (SL) or AMV(E) 33 (SL) has been approved according to DIN EN 14597.
AVQM-WE, AVQMT-WE
AVQM-WE is a self-acting flow controller with integrated control valve primarily for use in district heating systems. The controller closes when set max. flow is exceeded. AVQMT-WE is a self-acting flow and temperature controller with integrated control valve primarily for use in district heating systems. The controller closes on rising temperature or when set max. flow is exceeded. All controllers have special designed (pressure relieved) control valve insert.
AVQML (PN25)
AVQML is a self-acting flow controller with integrated control valve primarily for use in district heating systems or in secondary district heating systems as well. The controller closes when set max. flow is exceeded. In combination with Danfoss electrical actuators AMV(E) can be controlled by ECL electronic controllers. AVQML has a control valve with adjustable flow restrictor, connection neck for electrical actuator, and an actuator with one control diaphragm. AVQMP (PN 25)
AVQMP is a self-acting flow controller with integrated control valve developed for the use in district heating / cooling systems. The controller prevents flow to exceed set max flow. Pressure actuator with adjustable spring enables adjustment of differential pressure over the control cone from 0.2 to 1 bar. Increased flows can be provided. In a combination with electrical actuators AMV(E) and ECL electronic controllers the flow and temperature can be controlled to achieve highest energy savings. AVQMP has a control valve with adjustable flow limiter, connection neck for electrical actuator and a pressure actuator with one control diaphragm.
Intelligent electrical actuator AMEi 6 iNET
AMEi 6 iNET actuator for intelligent network balancing, enables remote adjustment of differential pressure (Δp) setting on AFA 2, AFD 2, AFP 2, AFPA 2, AFPB 2, AFPQ 2 and AFQMP 2 controllers, used in District Heating/ Cooling systems. Changing heat consumption requires changes in heat distribution. Therefore the Δp should be optimised at each branch. With iNET the Δp can be remotely adjusted. Input for pump optimization. AMEi 6 iSET actuator for intelligent optimization of the District Heating/Cooling substation operation. Automatic adjustment of ∆p setting on AFP 2, AFPB 2, AFPQ 2 and AFQMP 2 controllers, used in DHC systems. Solution for dynamic DH systems with wide span of min - max flow (Domestic Hot Water service) and for systems with improperly sized control equipment (oversized control valves, wrong valve selection/characteristic, poor control ratio...)
