Thermal balancing

CCR2+
The CCR2+ optimizes thermal disinfection in hot water systems with temperature registration and monitoring. It can be used independently for temperature registration. Thermal disinfection is effective for bacteria pasteurisation (Legionella pnemophila). Optimizing this process reduces energy consumption and disinfection time, lowering bacterial contamination risks. Disinfection temperatures range from 50 °C to 78 °C; time is adjusted based on Brundrett recommendations and cannot be altered beyond set limits. The CCR2+ features LED status indicators, a built-in Web-Server App, Wi-Fi, LAN port, and memory for temperature data storage. Users can adjust the storage rate and export data to Excel. It controls multiple risers with thermoactuators and PT1000 sensors. One unit manages 20 risers and an S0 sensor for disinfection initiation. Additional features include alarm output, pump protection, and system expansion. Power supply is ~24 V (DC), 50 Hz. Installation is on a standard DIN relay.
MTCV
The MTCV is a multifunctional thermostatic balancing valve used in domestic hot water installations with circulation. The MTCV provides a thermal balance in hot water installations by keeping a constant temperature in the system, thus limiting the flow in the circulation pipes to the minimum required level. To meet the increasing demands placed on the quality of drinking water, Danfoss MTCV valves are made from corrosion resistant and low lead materials: valve body made from rg5 bronze material; components made from low lead; main cone made from advanced engineering polymere POM-C.
