Liquid Ejector is a part of the CO₂ Adaptive Liquid Management (CALM), Danfoss' solution to handle liquid in all types of transcritical CO₂ systems in all climates. Due to higher suction pressure, Liquid Ejector, together with Adaptive Liquid Control (ALC), enables lower energy consumption and better utilization of evaporators, resulting in operational savings. Improved system performance results in fewer or smaller compressors and a minimal suction accumulator.

Liquid Ejector is designed for CO₂ transcritical systems to pump the CO₂ liquid from the low point in the suction accumulator back to the receiver resulting even in 8 bar pressure lift after mixing with gas coming from the gas cooler.

The Liquid Ejector, AK–PC pack controllers, AKCC case controllers, and AK–SM system manager comprise the Danfoss CALM.

CTM 6 Combi

Danfoss Multi Ejector SolutionTM makes CO₂ refrigeration systems economically competitive with the HFC systems at all ambient temperatures by improving COP in comparison to standard booster and parallel compressor systems. CO₂ systems with Multi Ejector Solution^TM can be installed in any climate delivering lower energy consumption than i.e. R404A. It removes the CO₂ equator entirely.

CTM 6 Combi consists of High Pressure and Liquid Ejectors built into one Multi Ejector block. This solution is designed for CO₂ transcritical systems to lift gas and liquid from MT suction accumulator and mix it with the gas coming from the gas cooler at medium pressure level.

CTM 6 HP

Danfoss Multi Ejector Solution^TM, consists of a CTM 6 High Pressure valve and an AK-PC 782A controller. This solution makes CO₂ refrigeration systems economically competitive with the HFC systems at all ambient temperatures by improving COP in comparison to standard parallel compressor systems. CO₂ systems with Multi Ejector Solution^TM can be installed in any climate delivering lower energy consumption than i.e. R404A. It removes the CO₂ equator entirely. CTM 6 HP is designed for CO₂ systems with parallel compression to lift a part of the gas from MT suction and mix it with the gas coming from the gas cooler at medium pressure level.
