Differential Pressure Controller and Flow Controllers/Limiters
Products shown: 15
AFPB(-F) 2 /VFQ22(1)
The controller is a self-acting differential pressure controller with flow limitation primarily for use in district heating systems. The controller closes on rising differential pressure or when set max. flow is exceeded. The controller has a control valve with adjustable flow restrictor, an actuator with one control diaphragm and spring for differential pressure setting. Further on two valve versions are available: ∙ VFQ 22 with metallic sealing cone ∙ VFQ 221 with soft sealing cone Together with Danfoss intelligent electrical actuator AMEi 6 intelligent optimization functions are available: ∙ iSET-intelligent substation efficiency optimization ∙ iNET-intelligent network balancing
AFPB/AFPB-F/VFQ 2(1)
The controller is a self-acting differential pressure controller with flow limitation primarily for use in district heating systems. The controller closes on rising differential pressure or when set max. flow is exceeded. The controller has a control valve with adjustable flow restrictor, an actuator with one control diaphragm and spring for differential pressure setting.
AFPQ / AFPQ 4
The controller is a self-acting differential pressure and flow controller primarily for use in district heating systems. The controller closes on rising differential pressure or when set max. flow is exceeded. The controller has a control valve with adjustable flow restrictor, an actuator with two control diaphragms and spring for differential pressure setting. Differential pressure control and flow control are independent.
AFPQ 2(4) / VFQ 22(1)
The controller is a self-acting differential pressure and flow controller primarily for use in district heating systems. Direct operated, reliable and high precise controller closes on rising differential pressure or when set max. flow is exceeded. The controller has a control valve with adjustable flow restrictor, an actuator with two control diaphragms and spring for differential pressure setting. Differential pressure control and flow control are independent. Together with Danfoss intelligent electrical actuator AMEi 6 intelligent optimization functions are available: iSET-intelligent substation efficiency optimization and iNET-intelligent network balancing
AHPBM-F
AHPBM-F is a self-acting differential pressure controller with flow limitation primarily for use in direct-connected district heating systems with mixing loop only. The controller closes on rising differential pressure or when set max. flow is exceeded. It can be combined with Danfoss electrical actuators AMV(E) and controlled by ECL electronic controllers. The controller has a control valve with adjustable flow restrictor, connection neck for electrical actuator, and an actuator with one control diaphragm.
AVPB, AVPB-F (PN 16)
AVPB (-F) is a self-acting differential pressure controller with flow limitation primarily for use in district heating systems. The controller closes on rising differential pressure or when set max. flow is exceeded. The controller has a control valve with adjustable flow restrictor, an actuator with one control diaphragm and handle for differential pressure setting (fixed setting version is without handle).
AVPB, AVPB-F (PN 25)
AVPB (-F) is a self-acting differential pressure controller with flow limitation primarily for use in district heating systems. The controller closes on rising differential pressure or when set max. flow is exceeded. The controller has a control valve with adjustable flow restrictor, an actuator with one control diaphragm and handle for differential pressure setting (fixed setting version is without handle).
AVPQ (PN16)
AVPQ is a self-acting differential pressure and flow controller primarily for use in district heating systems. The controller closes on rising differential pressure or when set max. flow is exceeded. The controller has a control valve with adjustable flow restrictor, an actuator with two control diaphragms and handle for differential pressure setting (fixed setting version (available on special request) is without handle).
AVPQ, AVPQ 4 (PN 25)
AVPQ 4) is a self-acting differential pressure and flow controller primarily for use in district heating systems. The controller closes on rising differential pressure or when set max. flow is exceeded. The controller has a control valve with adjustable flow restrictor, an actuator with two control diaphragms and handle for differential pressure setting (fixed setting version (available on special request) is without handle).
Intelligent electrical actuator AMEi 6 iNET
AMEi 6 iNET actuator for intelligent network balancing, enables remote adjustment of differential pressure (Δp) setting on AFA 2, AFD 2, AFP 2, AFPA 2, AFPB 2, AFPQ 2 and AFQMP 2 controllers, used in District Heating/ Cooling systems. Changing heat consumption requires changes in heat distribution. Therefore the Δp should be optimised at each branch. With iNET the Δp can be remotely adjusted. Input for pump optimization. AMEi 6 iSET actuator for intelligent optimization of the District Heating/Cooling substation operation. Automatic adjustment of ∆p setting on AFP 2, AFPB 2, AFPQ 2 and AFQMP 2 controllers, used in DHC systems. Solution for dynamic DH systems with wide span of min - max flow (Domestic Hot Water service) and for systems with improperly sized control equipment (oversized control valves, wrong valve selection/characteristic, poor control ratio...)
