AKV 10P / AKV 10PS
AKV 10P and AKV10PS are electric operated expansion valves designed for refrigeration plants. The AKV 10P and AKV 10PS valves are normally controlled by a controller from Danfoss range of ADAP- KOOL® controllers, that ensures a precise liquid injection into evaporators. The AKV 10P and AKV 10PS valves are supplied as a part program, as follows: • Separate valve • Separate coil with terminal box, DIN plug or cable • Spare parts in the form upper part, orifice and filter The orifice and piston assemblies are replaceable. The AKV 10P and AKV 10PS valves cover a wide capacity range.
AKV 15 / AKV 20
AKV are electrically operated expansion valves designed for refrigerating plants. The AKV valves are normally controlled by a controller from Danfoss’ range of ADAP- KOOL® controllers. The AKV valves are supplied as a component programme, as follows: • Separate valve • Separate coil with terminal box or cable • Spare parts in the form upper part, orifice and ifilter Valve capacity is indicated with a number forming part of the type designation. The number represents the size of the orifice of the valve in question. A valve with orifice 3 will for example be designated AKV 15-3. The orifice assembly is replaceable
AKVH 10
AKVH are electrically operated expansion valves designed for refrigerating plants using R744 refrigerant. The AKVH valves are normally controlled by a controller from Danfoss’ range of ADAP- KOOL® controllers. The AKVH valves are supplied as a component program, as follows: • Separate valve. • Separate coil with junction box or conduit hub. • Spare parts in the form upper part, orifice and filter The individual capacities are indicated with a number forming part of the type designation. The number represents the size of the orifice of the valve in question. A valve with orifice 3 will for example be designated AKVH 10-3. The orifice assembly is replaceable. The AKVH 10 valves cover a capacity range from 0.4 kW to 11 kW in refrigeration applications and 0.8 kW to 22 kW in freezing applications.
ETS 12.5 - ETS 400
ETS is a series of electric expansion valves for precise liquid injection in evaporators for air conditioning and refrigeration applications. The valve piston and linear positioning design is fully balanced, providing bi-flow feature as well as solenoid tight shut-off function in both flow directions. The valve design uses bi-polar drive providing very precise flow regulation. ETS valves are compatible with electronic control solutions from Danfoss and other manufacturers
ETS 175L / 250L /400L / 500L
ETS 175L - 250L - 400L - 500L is a series of electric expansion valves for precise liquid injection in to evaporators for air conditioning and refrigeration applications. The valve comes with two piston options, a linear and a S-shaped characteristics. The design is fully balanced, providing bi-flow feature as well as tight shut-off function in both flow directions. The valve design uses bi-polar drive providing very precise flow regulation. ETS 175L - 250L - 400L - 500L valves are compatible with electronic control solutions from Danfoss and other manufacturers.
ETS 500P / ETS 800P
ETS 500P, ETS 800P are extension to current electric expansion valves ETS program by integrate dual ETS 250 or dual ETS 400 in parallel. They can be used for precise liquid injection in evaporators for air conditioning and refrigeration applications with high capacity. The valve piston and linear positioning design is fully balanced, providing bi-flow feature as well as solenoid tight shut-off function in both flow directions. The valve design uses bi-polar drive providing very precise flow regulation. ETS 500P and ETS 800P are compatible with electronic control solutions from Danfoss and other manufacturers.
ETS 5M
ETS 5M is a compact and lightweight stepper motor driven electric expansion valve with a high level of reliability, and it provides a precise solution for expansion and flow control in a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The portfolio is available with a wide capacity range and is designed for use with fluorinated refrigerants. ETS 5M can be applied for applications i.e VRF, IT cooling, Heat pump, Mini Chiller, Bus / Transport application in single/bi-flow operation. Valve operation is by means of a uni-polar motor, and as such it is compatible with a number of electronic controllers from Danfoss or third-party vendors. With an EKE1 series superheat controllers and AKS sensor, a superheat accuracy better than ± 0.5 K can be obtained.
ETS 6
The range of Electric expansion valves are based on many years of experience. ETS 6 secure reliability and provide a precise solutions for expansion and flow control in a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Compact and lightweight. The current range is available with a wide capacity range, and can be used with all common fluorinated refrigerants. Bi-flow operation is also possible for heat pump systems. The valve operation is by means of a uni-polar motor, which can be controlled by a number of controllers from Danfoss or third party vendors. With an EKE 1V and EIM 336 (current drivers) and an AKS sensor, an accuracy better than ± 0.5 K can be obtained.
ETS 8M
ETS 8M is a stepper motor driven electric expansion valve with a high level of reliability, and it provides a precise solution for expansion and flow control in a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning system. The valve comes with two flow curve options, a linear and a S-shaped characteristic. ETS 8M can be applied for applications i.e. Modular Chiller and Low Ambient Temp Heat Pump in single/bi-flow operations. Valve operation is by means of a stepper motor and as such it is compatible with a number of electronic controllers from Danfoss or third-party vendors.
ETS Colibri®
ETS Colibri® is an electric stepper motor valve. The valve has been designed for precise liquid injection into evaporators for air conditioning and refrigeration applications. The valve in-line design includes balanced cage and slider assembly operated by the direct driven motor technology. This ensures solenoid tight shut-off in both flow directions, thus providing smooth operation of the system. The valve incorporates a powerful bi-polar motor which precisely controls flow regulation.
