
ICM
The ICM motor variant is an electroniccontrolled valve driven by the actuator typeICAD. The ICM valve is designed to controlpressure or temperature in all locations of arefrigeration system and additional the valve isdesigned to control an expansion process(expansion over the valve).The opening and closing forces in the ICM areminimized thus only 2 sizes of ICAD arerequired.
Features and benefits
- Designed for industrial refrigeration, this system features advanced, high-speed Digital Stepper Motor Technology, a seven-segment LCD display, three programming keys, and continuous monitoring of valve opening degree
- Easily configurable on-site for various applications (speed, ON/OFF, fail-safe, modulating valve, etc.), with an open/close time of 3-45 seconds (depending on valve size), offering modulating, ON/OFF, or neutral zone/3-point control, and multiple speed selections during operation.
- This system features logging of old alarms, password protection, accepts control input signals (4-20 mA, 0-20 mA, 0-10 V, 2-10 V) with one or two digital inputs, and provides position feedback (0-20 mA, 4-20 mA for ICM).
- It provides 3 digital ON/OFF feedback signals with a resolution of 20 micron/step (0.02 mm stroke per step) and a total of 250-3650 steps depending on size
- Auto Calibration, Neutral zone
- In the event of a power failure, multiple fail safe options are possible. During power failure, ICM can be selected to:
