Pressure switches
Product types shown: 11

KP
The KP pressure switches can be used as safety switches against too low a suction pressure and / or too high a discharge pressure in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. They can also be used to start / stop compressors and fans for air-cooled condensers.
They are available in both single and dual versions and include a single pole double throw (SPDT) switch.
KP-E
KP-E pressure switches for use in refrigeration and air conditioning systems are equipped with SPDT gold plated contacts and stainless steel bellows.
Versions with manual reset act as pressure limiter (pressure sensing control which is intended to keep a pressure below or above a predetermined value during normal operating conditions and may have a provision for setting by the user). Versions with automatic reset act as pressure operating control (pressure sensing control set at high or low pressure between which limits the switch is normally intended to operate). The high-pressure switches are equipped with failsafe double bellows, whereas the low pressure switches are equipped with reduced bellow travel to enhance bellows lifetime. KP-E pressure switches are used to limit or regulate the pressure against excessively low suction pressure or excessively high discharge pressure.
The units are designed to operate in explosive zones acc. to 2014/34/EU, Atex directive, explosive zone 2, surface equipment, category 3.
KP-E pressure switches are suitable for HCFC, HFC and HC refrigerants.
KPU
The KPU pressure switches are designed for use in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems to protect the systems from excessively low suction pressure or too high discharge pressure. They can also be applied to start and stop compressors and the fans of air-cooled condensers. The KPU pressure switches, in single and dual versions cover a comprehensive range of applications, and are designed for use with HCFC and non-flammable HFC refrigerants.

RT
RT pressure switches incorporate a pressure controlled, single-pole change over switch where the contact position depends on the pressure in the connection port and the set value. The RT series consists of pressure switches, differential pressure switches and pressure switches for neutral zone regulation, all for general use within the industrial and marine segments. The series also covers safety pressure switches dedicated for steam boiler plants. For installations in which operation is particularly critical from safety and economic points of view, the use of fail-safe pressure switches is recommended. The use of gold-plated contacts is also recommended in such installations, provided operation involves only a few switching cycles or signal currents and voltages.
