DST P40M
The P40M pressure transmitter has been designed specific for pressure monitoring of marine applications such as Ballast water treatment systems, Exhaust gas scrubbers, Desalination and Sea water cooling systems where high corrosion resistance and longevity are essential for the continued operation of auxiliary & propulsion systems onboard the vessel.
The enclosure of the pressure transmitter is machined out from a single piece of Titanium to eliminate any structural weaknesses. Titanium is exceptionally resistant to a broad range of acids and alkalis, as well as Sodium Chloride and polluted waters. Titanium’s corrosion resistance together with its low density, high strength and erosion resistance, make this pressure transmitter ideal for numerous chemical processing and marine uses.
The pressure sensing element is made from ceramic Al2O3 96% which has excellent chemical immunity and is suitable for nearly all aggressive media. The pressure transmitter works following the piezo resistive principle and the Wheatstone bridge is screen printed directly on one side of the ceramic diaphragm by means of Thick Film technology.
EMP 2
Der hochgenaue Druckmessumformer EMP 2 wurde für die Regelung und Überwachung in maritimen und industriellen Anwendungen konzipiert und bietet selbst unter rauen Umgebungsbedingungen eine zuverlässige Druckmessung.
Das Programm der Druckmessumformer umfasst Ausführungen für Absolut- oder Relativdruckmessung mit einem Ausgangssignal von 4 bis 20 mA.
Alle erforderlichen Schiffszulassungen sind vorhanden. Sonderausführungen mit integriertem Pulsationsdämpfer erhältlich. Entwickelt für Anwendungen bei denen starke Medieneinflüsse wie Kavitation, Flüssigkeitsschläge oder Druckspitzen auftreten.
MBS 3300 / MBS 3350
Der kompakte Hochtemperatur- Druckmessumformer wurde für nahezu alle Anwendungen auf See konzipiert und liefert selbst unter widrigsten Umweltbedingungen zuverlässige Druckmessungen.
Das flexible Druckmessumformer-Programm deckt unterschiedliche Ausgangssignale und Messbereiche (die von 0 – 1 bar bis hin zu 0 – 600 bar reichen) ab und umfasst Ausführungen zur Messung des absoluten Drucks bzw. des (relativen) Manometerdrucks sowie ein breites Spektrum an Druck- und Elektro- Anschlüssen.
Dank der robusten Konstruktion, der exzellenten Vibrationsfestigkeit und bestem EMV-/EMISchutz erfüllt der Druckmessumformer selbst die strengsten Auflagen für Schiffszulassungen.
MBS 33M
Der hochpräzise Messumformer MBS 33M wurde für den Einsatz in fast allen maritimen Anwendungen konstruiert und bietet auch unter rauen Umgebungsbedingungen eine zuverlässige Druckmessung.
Das Programm der flexiblen Druckmessumformer deckt Ausgangssignale von 4 bis 20 mA, Ausführungen für Absolutoder Relativdruckmessung und Messbereiche von 0 bis 1 bar bis hin zu 0 bis 600 bar ab. Ein breites Spektrum an Druckanschlüssen und elektrischen Anschlüssen ist verfügbar.
Durch seine ausgezeichnete Vibrationsbeständigkeit, seine robuste Konstruktion und seinen hohen EMV-/EMBSchutz entspricht der Druckmessumformer auch den strengsten Marineanforderungen.
MBS 4201 / MBS 4251
The intrinsically safe pressure transmitter program is designed for use in hazardous environments and offers a reliable pressure measurement, even in harsh applications with severe medium influences like cavitation, liquid hammer or pressure peaks. The MBS 4201 and MBS 4251 are Ex ia IIC T5...T4 explosion protected according to the ATEX directive 2014/34/EU. The series come with 4 – 20 mA output signal, absolute or gauge (relative) versions, measuring ranges from 0 – 1 to 0 – 600 bar, plug connection and a wide range of pressure connections. Excellent vibration stability, robust construction, and a high degree of EMC/EMI protection equip the pressure transmitter to meet the most stringent industrial requirements.
MBS 5100 / MBS 5150
The ship approved high accuracy block pressure transmitter is designed for use in almost all marine applications. MBS 5150 with integrated pulse snubber is designed for use in marine applications with severe medium influences like cavitation, liquid hammer, or pressure peaks and offers a reliable pressure measurement, even under harsh environmental conditions.
The transmitters can be easily mounted directly on the MBV 5000 block test valve or the threaded pressure connection can be used.
The flexible pressure transmitter programme covers a 4 – 20 mA output signal, absolute or gauge (relative) versions, measuring ranges from 0 – 4 up to 0 – 400 bar.
