Composite pipes

The white Danfoss FH composite pipe is 100% oxygen-tight, temperature-resistant, and highly flexible. It features an aluminum core, coated inside and out with polyethylene (PE-RT) layers, permanently bonded via adhesive.
The octene side chains in PE-RT provide properties similar to cross-linked polyethylene (PE-X), delivering excellent long-term hydrostatic strength at high temperatures without crosslinking.
The aluminum layer ensures the pipe retains its shape once bent, making installation easier and maintaining oxygen-tightness for a long-lasting floor heating system.
Manufactured in accordance with ISO 21003.

FH 1-Layer PE-RT pipes

The Danfoss FH 1-layer PE-RT pipe is a high quality 1-layer floor heating pipe made from PE-RT type 1 without an EVOH oxygen barrier.

FH 1-layer PE-RT Type I pipes

The Danfoss FH 1-layer PE-RT Type I pipe is a high quality 1-layer floor heating pipe without an EVOH oxygen barrier.

FH PE-RT trubky

The Danfoss PE‑RT pipe is a strong, 5‑layer floor heating pipe with a built‑in EVOH oxygen barrier.
During manufacturing, all layers are permanently bonded, so they won’t separate over time.
The special PE‑RT material has octene side chains in its structure. This gives it strength similar to cross‑linked PE (PE-X) – meaning it can handle high temperatures and pressure for many years – but without the extra crosslinking process.
The non-crosslinked polyethylene with raised temperature resistance (PE-RT) is used in accordance with ISO 22391.

Danfoss FH Composite Pipes are multilayer pipes combining a PEX-b inner layer with an outer layer of aluminum or other composite materials. They are designed for use in radiant heating and cooling systems.

PE-RT trubky

The Danfoss PEXa pipe is a high quality floor heating pipe with an EVOH oxygen barrier. All layers are permanently bonded with each other during the production process. PEX-a (peroxide) pipes give greater flexibility than PEX pipes cross-linked by other systems. They can be cold bent and curved very easily and without special tools, saving joints and installation time. The EVOH oxygen anti-diffusion barrier is a thin layer of ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer which prevents permeability of the pipe to oxygen diffusion. This construction eliminates problems with addition of oxygen to the flow water and the resulting corrosion of metal parts in the installation, extending the working life of the whole installation. 5-layer piping made of cross-linked polyethylene and produced by the peroxide method, with oxygen anti-diffusion barrier, according to the requirements of European standard EN 1264-4. Pipe cross linking degree >70 % according to ISO 15875.

PE-Xa trubky

Trubka Danfoss PE-Xa je vysoce kvalitní pětivrstvá trubka pro podlahové vytápění s vestavěnou kyslíkovou bariérou EVOH.
Během výroby jsou všechny vrstvy trvale spojeny, takže se časem neoddělí.
Trubky PE-Xa (peroxidové) nabízejí větší flexibilitu než trubky PE-X zesítěné jinými metodami.
Lze je snadno ohýbat a zakřivovat za studena bez speciálního nářadí, čímž se zmenší průměr křivek a šetří se čas instalace.
Kyslíková bariéra EVOH je tenká vrstva ethylenvinylalkoholu (EVOH), která brání průchodu kyslíku skrz stěnu potrubí.
Tím se zabrání vnikání kyslíku do vody v systému, což může způsobit korozi kovových součástí. Snížením koroze bariéra pomáhá prodloužit životnost celé instalace.
Pětivrstvá síťovaná polyetylenová trubka (PE-Xa) s kyslíkovou bariérou se používá v souladu s normou ISO 15875.
