AKS 3000 / AKS 3050

AKS 3000 and AKS 3050 is a series of absolute transmitters with high-level signal conditioned current output, developed to meet demands in A/C and refrigeration applications.

AKS 3000 and AKS 3050 utilizes the proved piezoresistive measuring principle, which has been used for decades in Danfoss pressure transmitters.The pressure reference is a sealed gauge. This means that atmospheric pressure variations have no influence on regulating accuracy. A must in accurate low pressure regulation.

AKS 3050 with integrated pulse-snubber is designed for use in hydraulic applications with severe medium influenes like cavitation, liquid hammer or pressure peaks and offer a reliable pressure measurement, even under harsh environmental conditions.

All materials in contact with the refrigerant and materials for the housing are AISI 316L stainless steel. No soft gaskets, all environmental sealings are made through laser weldings only.

AKS 3000 and AKS 3050 has a 4 – 20 mA output, and is available with spade terminals for EN 175301-803 plug.

AKS 32 / AKS 33

AKS 32 and AKS 33 are pressure transmitters that measure a pressure and convert the measured value to a standard signal:
• 1 – 5 V DC or 0 – 10 V DC for AKS 32
• 4 – 20 mA for AKS 33

AKS 32R / AKS 2050

AKS 32R is a ratiometric pressure transmitter that converts the measured pressure to a linear output signal. The output signal is relative to the supply voltage meaning that the min. pressure output will be 10% of the actual supply voltage and the max. pressure output will be 90% of the actual supply voltage.

At a supply voltage of 5 V, the output signal is:

DST P10B

DST P10B is an OEM pressure transmitter designed for industrial applications such as booster pumps and air compressors. The transmitter is developed to comply with CANopen for use in machine systems. It enables control of complex machines and supports communication and diagnostic functions through the CANopen interface. The device measures pressures in the range from 4 to 40 bar and uses a stainless-steel measuring element. The transmitter supports media temperatures from -40 to 100 °C.

DST P110

The Danfoss Sensor Technology (DST) P110 is a compact & cost effective pressure transmitter that uses MEMS‑based pressure sensing in a welded stainless‑steel interface compatible with all refrigerants. The integrated electronics provide diagnostic capability and stable measurement for OEM installation.

DST P40M

The P40M pressure transmitter has been designed specific for pressure monitoring of marine applications such as Ballast water treatment systems, Exhaust gas scrubbers, Desalination and Sea water cooling systems where high corrosion resistance and longevity are essential for the continued operation of auxiliary & propulsion systems onboard the vessel.

The enclosure of the pressure transmitter is machined out from a single piece of Titanium to eliminate any structural weaknesses. Titanium is exceptionally resistant to a broad range of acids and alkalis, as well as Sodium Chloride and polluted waters. Titanium’s corrosion resistance together with its low density, high strength and erosion resistance, make this pressure transmitter ideal for numerous chemical processing and marine uses.

The pressure sensing element is made from ceramic Al₂O₃ 96% which has excellent chemical immunity and is suitable for nearly all aggressive media. The pressure transmitter works following the piezo resistive principle and the Wheatstone bridge is screen printed directly on one side of the ceramic diaphragm by means of Thick Film technology.

DST P92S

The DST P92S OEM pressure transmitter is designed for use in Mobile and Industrial hydraulic applications.
The transmitter is suitable for use in a functional safety environment with a requirement of PLd, EN ISO 13849-1: 2015 or AgPLd EN ISO 25119: 2010 or SIL 2, IEC 61508:2010, respectively.
Further Danfoss holds a third party approval from TÜV to ensure easy implementation into any safety system.
