Termix BTD
The Termix AT BTD is a complete tank solution for DHW preparation with a pressure independent balancing and control valve. The AT BTD is available in two versions: with and without connection for domestic cold water tap. The substation is used instead of a conventional DHW unit with a plate heat exchanger; making it the perfect choice for areas where problems with corrosion-aggressive fresh water is known to occur.
ThermoClean®
The ThermoClean® system is compact and effective solution for legionella-free domestic water heating. The system uses the thermal disinfection methods, whereby the reaction temperature inside the installation is kept at a constant temperature of 70 °C. The ThermoClean® system is dimensioned in such a way that the water is warranted to remain in the reaction area of the device for at least 5 minutes. During tap operation, the reaction temperature of 70 °C is cooled down to the required hot water temperature within the system. This is not achieved by the addition of cold water, but through an additional re-cooling heat exchanger which cools the disinfected water, while preheating cold water, that simultaneous preheat the cold water. The hot water temperature can be set at any temperature between 50 °C and 60 °C.1 It means that the installation of a scaling protection device on the taps is redundant if the temperature is adjusted accordingly.
ThermoDual®
ThermoDual® is the compact and effective domestic hot water (DHW) charging system. Due to the consistent use of carefully selected components and highest quality materials, the compact the ThermoDual® system meet all of the requirements for the prevention of legionella growth. The highly efficient heat transfer of the heat exchangers enable The ThermoDual® system to attain low heating water return temperatures across the entire cycle of a tank charge, thus reducing the required media flows. This translates into greater operational efficiency and predestines this system for utilization in district heating networks and in combination with condensing boilers. The optimum adaptation to the applicable specific needs in terms of storage capacity and output ensures a maximum of efficiency, comfort and hygiene.
ThermoDual®- CM
Domestic hot water provision by storage charging principle is an effcient solution that fulfils all hygienic requirements. Hot water is stored at temperatures that kill or prevent the growth of pathogens. Favourable habitats for the proliferation of bacteria such as legionella do not exist, provided the system is operated in accordance with the instructions. Ideally this requires an integrated circulation management. When combined with optimally hygienic stainless steel water tanks from our SE/SES series, these systems are the ideal solution where security of supply is of the essence, particularly at peak load.
