Basic floor panels

The floor panel consists of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) which can serve as both an insulation layer as well as a fastening method for 16 mm floor heating pipes at the same time. The hard EPS is strong enough to walk on during installation of the pipe. The floor panel has a size of 0.62 m² (1040 mm x 595 mm) and allows for a pipe cc distance of 50 mm. The floor panels are connected with a tongue and groove connection which ensures a tight seal of cement and screed.

BasicClip Overlap Insulation

The Basic overlap insulation rolls 20 and 30 mm covers 10 m² (1 x 10 m) and serve as heat and sound insulation.
Insulation panels made of expanded polystyrene (EPS), according to DIN-EN 13163 and DIN 4108-10.

BasicGrip panels

The BasicGrip panel consists of a deep drawn PS foil (polystyrene), which can be walked on. The knobs are filled with EPS (expanded polystyrene) and a sandwich construction (hard/soft) serves as heat and sound insulation.
The serviceable area is 1000 x 1000 mm = 1 m². The knobbed structure allows for exact pipe laying within a 5 cm grid and diagonal laying. A press button connection allows for a secure seal of cement or screed.
