Anti-Drip Spray Nozzles Type 4023
Many nozzles are satisfactory for spraying liquids, but for a positive cut-off ask for the Hago type 4023 nozzle. Our exclusive design produces a precisely controlled flow rate and spray angle and includes a liquid cut-off near the orifice. Fluid cut-off near the orifice can be very important in situations where excessive after drip can damage or destroy things located beneath the nozzle. Chemicals, insecticides, and even plain water, if allowed to drip, can foul the environment or injure livestock, seedlings and industrial materials. With the type 4023 anti-drip nozzles, operators can achieve fluid cut-off near the orifice while maintaining pressure within the nozzle supply system. The type 4023 nozzle emits a finely atomized spray mist suitable for nearly all humidifying, light wetting and evaporative cooling application. This nozzle has become a nozzle of choice for the insect spray system industry.
Atomizing Water Spray Nozzles Types M & MW
Mini nozzle type M features our unique perfect solution where small size, accurate flow rates, very fine atomization and low cost are desired. Mini Wide nozzle type MW designates “wide angle” and provides a very fine atomization in low volume flow rates with a wide spray angle and large coverage area. Hago Mini nozzles are widely used in both professional and home green houses for plant and seedling misting, in industry for process cooling or humidifying and in agriculture for livestock cooling. In recent years they have been used in dry climates for home patio cooling.
Humidifying Nozzles Type B (H2O)
The Type B Humidifying nozzles were originally designed for use with power humidifiers to be sprayed into the duct work of home hot air furnaces as extra fine atomization and precise control of flow rates were required. These nozzles produce the finest possible atomization with direct water pressure operation. Minimum operating pressure is 40 PSI but increasingly finer droplets result from higher operating pressure. Each nozzle is individually spray tested for accuracy of flow rate, spray angle and spray quality.
