    JIP-WC

Danfoss offers a PTFE/carbon steel stem packing box designed without deteriorating rubber materials and therefore complete tightness and unlimited life even at high and changing temperatures.Operating costs at pump stations are low because of a low pressure drop due to optimum flow design.

  • Standard JIP™ ball valves (JIP-CC, JIP-FF, JIP-FW, JIP-IC, JIP-II, JIP- IW, JIP-WW) category image

    Standard JIP™ ball valves (JIP-CC, JIP-FF, JIP-FW, JIP-IC, JIP-II, JIP- IW, JIP-WW)

Danfoss Standard JIP™ ball valves is a range of reduced bore shut off valves developed for District Heating and District Cooling networks, with circulating medium. It is a range of steel ball valves with fully welded body. The valve design makes them ideal for building installation due to energy saving with optimum flow design valves have highest kv on the market and consequently lowest pump energy costs. Long lifetime and optimal tightness due to design and material selection in ball seal (carbon reinforced PTFE) and stem seal (graphite) is also advantage. The valves are also maintenance free, besides the shut off valves in the core distribution network Danfoss offers a range of supplementary valves, e.g. hot tap valves, branching valves, twin valves and draining valves.

  • Standard JIP™ ball valves (JIP-FF, JIP-WW) with electric actuator category image

Standard JIP™ ball valves (JIP-FF, JIP-WW) with electric actuator

Danfoss Standard JIP™ ball valves is a range of reduced bore shut off valves developed for District Heating and District Cooling networks, with circulating medium.

Valves are driven by the AUMA Norm electric actuators. Actuators are factory assembled to the valves, adjusted and tested.

  • Taylor made JIP™ ball valves category image

    Taylor made JIP™ ball valves

Danfoss Taylor made JIP™ Twin and Branching ball valves range of reduced bore shut off valves developed for easy and fast connection to the Logstor and Isoplus preinsulated AluPEX, PEXFlextra and Copper pipes in District Heating and District Cooling networks.TWIN ball valves are designed for safe & reliable DH network set up and connection of the subscribers to the DH network with single and double (Twin) pipe connection.Branching ball valves are designed for extensions of district heating systems and other closed loop water systems.Having a fully welded body, the valves meet the requirements for valves used in district heating and district cooling systems and offer the highest degree of security.
