TGE
TGE is a dedicated designed series of thermostatic expansion valves for all standard refrigerants.The tight design meets the environmental demands for today and future. Versions for non standard refrigerants can be produced to order.

- Balanced port design with biflow and expansion capability in both directions
- Low hysteresis with long lifetime for heat pump applications
- Mechanical connections types solder ODF, flare, MIO, ORFS are available
- Laser welded, stainless steel power element, capillary tube, and bulb
- MOP (Max. Operating Pressure) function is available
- Optional bleed function and adjustable superheat setting
- PS / MWP (maximum working pressure): 49 bar/ 711 psig Straightway flow

Designed for light commercial and commercial air conditioning systems, the range of TGE thermostatic expansion valves offers you a new level of performance and cost-effectiveness.
The TGE product range fits all air conditioning applications (from 2.75 to 34.7 TR) and can be customized for your specific requirements. With the TGE range you will get a hermetically tight design meeting the environmental demands of today and tomorrow. The TGE program can be used for the majority of fluorinated refrigerants.
One of the main benefits is the laser-welded stainless steel power element with double-diaphragm, which provides consistent functionality throughout its service life. In addition, the laser welded adjustment device reduce external leak from the valve body.
