DST P40M
The P40M pressure transmitter has been designed specific for pressure monitoring of marine applications such as Ballast water treatment systems, Exhaust gas scrubbers, Desalination and Sea water cooling systems where high corrosion resistance and longevity are essential for the continued operation of auxiliary & propulsion systems onboard the vessel.
The enclosure of the pressure transmitter is machined out from a single piece of Titanium to eliminate any structural weaknesses. Titanium is exceptionally resistant to a broad range of acids and alkalis, as well as Sodium Chloride and polluted waters. Titanium’s corrosion resistance together with its low density, high strength and erosion resistance, make this pressure transmitter ideal for numerous chemical processing and marine uses.
The pressure sensing element is made from ceramic Al2O3 96% which has excellent chemical immunity and is suitable for nearly all aggressive media. The pressure transmitter works following the piezo resistive principle and the Wheatstone bridge is screen printed directly on one side of the ceramic diaphragm by means of Thick Film technology.
EMP 2

La gama de transmisores de presión flexibles cuenta con versiones absolutas o de manómetro (relativas), con una señal de salida de 4-20 mA.
Cuenta con todas las autorizaciones navales necesarias. Versiones especiales con amortiguador de pulsos integrado, diseñadas para influencias graves del medio como cavitación, golpes de ariete del líquido o picos de presión.
MBS 3300 / MBS 3350
The compact high temperature pressure transmitter is designed for use in almost all marine applications, and offers a reliable pressure measurement, even under harsh environmental conditions.
The flexible pressure transmitter programme covers different output signals, absolute or gauge (relative) versions, measuring ranges from 0 – 1 to 0 – 600 bar and a wide range of pressure and electrical connections.

MBS 33M

The MBS 4201 and MBS 4251 are Ex ia IIC T5...T4 explosion protected according to the ATEX directive 2014/34/EU. The series come with 4 – 20 mA output signal, absolute or gauge (relative) versions, measuring ranges from 0 – 1 to 0 – 600 bar, plug connection and a wide range of pressure connections. Excellent vibration stability, robust construction, and a high degree of EMC/EMI protection equip the pressure transmitter to meet the most stringent industrial requirements.
MBS 5100 / MBS 5150
The ship approved high accuracy block pressure transmitter is designed for use in almost all marine applications. MBS 5150 with integrated pulse snubber is designed for use in marine applications with severe medium influences like cavitation, liquid hammer, or pressure peaks and offers a reliable pressure measurement, even under harsh environmental conditions.
The transmitters can be easily mounted directly on the MBV 5000 block test valve or the threaded pressure connection can be used.
