WVFX
Pressure operated water valves types WVFX and WVS are used for regulating the flow of water in refrigeration plants with water-cooled condensers. The pressure operated water valves give modulating regulation of the condensing pressure within defined limits during operation. When the refrigeration plant is stopped, the cooling water flow is shut off automatically. Pressure operated water valves can be used with flammable refrigerants. Double sealing between the refrigerant and the water line ensures that in case the bellows damage and the refrigerant leak, it cannot enter into the water. This severely limits the safety implications. It means that the valve can be used together with a double walled heat exchanger and water circuit in such a system does not need to be considered as a part of the installation for flammable refrigerants (EN378-1:2008, clause 4.4.2.2).
WVO
La válvula de agua de accionamiento por presión tipo WVO se utiliza para regular el flujo de agua en plantas de refrigeración con condensadores enfriados por agua.
La válvula de agua controlada por presión regula de forma modulante la presión de condensación, manteniéndola constante durante el funcionamiento. Cuando se detiene el sistema de refrigeración, el flujo de agua de refrigeración se interrumpe automáticamente.
La válvula de agua accionada por presión puede utilizarse con refrigerantes inflamables. El doble sellado entre el refrigerante y la tubería de agua garantiza que, en caso de que el fuelle se dañe y se produzca una fuga de refrigerante, este no pueda entrar en el agua. Esto reduce considerablemente los riesgos para la seguridad.
Esto significa que la válvula se puede utilizar junto con un intercambiador de calor de doble pared y el circuito de agua en dicho sistema no necesita considerarse como parte de la instalación para refrigerantes inflamables (EN378-1:2008, cláusula 4.4.2.2).
