Akva Lux II Se
Akva Lux II Se is a fully insulated district heating substation for direct heating with mixing loop and instantaneous domestic hot water, featuring high performance and simple operation. The Akva Lux II Se covers both the DHW and heating requirements of large and small single-family houses and is also suitable for large projects.

EvoFlat 4.0 M - Demand control
Product
The EvoFlat 4.0 M combined with the ICON2 floor heating controller provides intelligent, demand controlled regulation for apartment and room heating. Using a self‑learning, patented algorithm, the system continuously evaluates actual heat demand and automatically adjusts the supply temperaturefor optimal comfort, energy efficiency, and hydraulic balance. It responds quickly to changing conditions, integrates seamlessly with modern heat sources, and supports remote monitoring and control via the Ally app. Fully compliant with European energy performance standards, it offers a scalable, future‑proof solution for both small and multi‑zone installations.
The innovative unit sets new standard. It consists of functional blocks made of a specially reinforced PPS composite material. This makes the station extremely lightweight and limits internal heat emission. The smooth surface reduces the risks of scaling and clogging. All components are assembled with newly designed click‑fit connections.
Primary side (DH)
The flat station is equipped with two differential pressure controller and a central strainer. A summer bypass keeps the supply line warm during standstill. This ensures a fast response time for DHW during the summer. The bypass is thermostatically controlled.
Heating (HE)
Supply temperature is adjusted according to the actual heating demand from all connected rooms, ensuring optimal comfort. The controller identifies misbalanced loops and adjusts the opening cycles according to this (automatic hydraulic balancing). A safety thermostat closes the flow at 55°C. A highly efficient circulation pump is installed. A bathroom radiator or towel dryer can be connected using an optional high‑temperature connection set.
Domestic hot water (DHW)
Four sizes of heat exchanger are available to cover all requirements from 45 kW up to 70 kW. The Evoflat 4.0 M is equipped with an intelligent controller that regulates the supply side flow based on the domestic hot water temperature and the volume of water drawn. The station features an integrated differential pressure controller on the supply side of the domestic hot water heating system. This eliminates the need for hydraulic balancing of the station. If necessary, the station can be expanded with a hot water circulation set.
EvoFlat 4.0 PRO M
The Danfoss EvoFlat 4.0 PRO M is an electronically controlled flat station in which the domestic hot water temperature and the heating supply temperature are regulated electronically. It is particularly suitable for use in multi- family buildings with central heating systems.
The electronic controller, in combination with specially developed actuators, enables precise temperature regulation. Online access allows all relevant operational data to be viewed, while meters can be read and displayed simultaneously via the M-bus interface.
This innovative unit sets new standards. The functional blocks are made of reinforced PPS composite material, making the station lightweight and reducing internal heat emissions. The smooth internal surfaces of the pipes minimize the risk of deposits and blockages.
All components are assembled using advanced Click- Fit connectors in a modern design. Compared to conventional stations with pipe and screw connections, this new connection technology eliminates the need for retightening during installation and commissioning.
Primary side
The apartment station is equipped with two differential pressure regulators and a strainer. A summer bypass can maintain the supply line temperature during periods of inactivity, ensuring a rapid response time for domestic hot water heating. The bypass can be operated either continuously or according to a weekly schedule. A return temperature limitation function is included as standard.
Secondary side
The electronic flat station can be configured to regulate the supply temperature using four different control modes: outdoor temperature, room temperature, fixed supply temperature, or offset relative to the supply temperature of the primary side. The combination of electronic control and the differential pressure regulator ensures optimal operating conditions. The controller includes a safety temperature limitation function for the surface heating system. A high-efficiency circulation pump is installed in the mixing circuit to supply the surface heating. Using an optionally available connection set, a bathroom radiator can be connected to the station’s high- temperature circuit and controlled via a week program in the controller.
Domestic hot water ( DHW)
Four heat exchanger sizes are available to cover all requirements from 37 kW to 70 kW. The EvoFlat 4.0 PRO M is equipped with an actuator for regulating the domestic hot water temperature. This actuator adjusts the primary- side flow rate according to the hot water temperature and the draw-off volume. The station features an integrated differential pressure regulator on the primary side of the domestic hot water heating system, eliminating the need for hydraulic balancing between the station and the primary side. If required, the station can be expanded with a domestic hot water circulation set.
