RLV

RLV lockshield valves are available in angle and straight versions and combine isolation and regulation in a single valve body. The valves can be preset to limit the maximum water flow and are designed with an integrated connection for a drain tap.

Standard RLV
Standard RLV lockshield valves are nickel plated and available in DN 10, DN 15 and DN 20 versions.

RLV with self-sealing tailpiece
RLV lockshield valves with self-sealing tailpiece are available in DN 15, angle and straight versions.

RLV with pressfit connection
RLV valve bodies with pressfit connection are physically and technically identical to RLV DN 15 standard valves. They are equipped with a self-sealing tailpiece featuring an O-ring seal and are intended for heating systems with stainless steel or copper pipes.

RLV-CX

RLV-CX is a series of chrome plated radiator valves and lockshield valves, especially designed for use with design radiators. A new tailpiece with an O-ring seal ensures an aesthetically appealing connection to the radiator without the need for sealing tape or compound. RLV-CX lockshield valves enables each radiator to be shut off individually to allow trouble-free maintenance or repair without affecting other radiators in the system. Max. water flow through RLV-CX is 2.5 m3/h. Factory setting is fully open valve.

RLV-D / RLV-S

• Fittings and valve body dimensions are identical to those of the RA-FR valve body used with the RAS-C & RAS-D radiator thermostats, allowing the installer greater freedom in terms of work flow and ease of installation.
  

• RLV-S lockshield valves are available in angle and straight versions with self sealing tailpieces.
  
• RLV-S lockshield valves are available in angle and straight versions with external (½") system connection.
  
• Fittings and valve body dimensions are identical to those of the RA-FN valve body used with RA 2000 radiator thermostats, allowing the installer greater freedom in terms of work flow and ease of installation.
