ASV-PV 4 gen

ASV afsluiters zijn automatische strangregelafsluiters. De ASV afsluiters vormen samen met de Danfoss radiatorthermostaten de Danfoss 2-pijps oplossing. Zij zorgen voor het creëren van een optimale hydraulische balans in 2-pijpssystemen in woningen.

Eén van de grote uitdagingen in verwarmingssystemen is het gebrek aan een goede hydraulische balans, veroorzaakt door het constant wijzigende drukverschil in het verwarmingssysteem. Dit resulteert in klachten van bewoners; een matig binnenklimaat comfort, storende geluiden, en hoge energiekosten.

Om deze klachten op te lossen worden er vaak grotere pompen geïnstalleerd om een betere - met name bij te lage verwarmingscapaciteit - circulatie van het water te realiseren. Helaas heeft dit zelfs nog meer invloed op de drukverschillen en het energieverbruik in het systeem. En, hoe groter het drukverschil, des te meer lawaai van het systeem, met name van radiatorafsluiters.

ASV automatische strangregelafsluiters zorgen voor een optimaal drukverschil garanderen continu de juiste flow in de stijgleidingen. Dat is de reden waarom DIN 18380 bepaalt dat het drukverschil bij deellast moet worden geregeld. De ASV creëert automatisch een optimale hydraulische balans binnen de installatie, tijdens deel- en vollast. De balans wordt nooit verstoord.

De ASV-afsluiters kunnen ook worden gebruikt in koeltoepassingen (ventilatorconvectoren, koelconvectoren, etc.) met variabele flow, automatische hydraulische balans te garanderen (zie ASV-datablad voor details.)

ASV balancing valves are used for dynamic hydronic balance in heating and cooling systems. One of the major challenges in heating and cooling systems is a lack of good hydronic balancing, caused by differential pressure, which is changing constantly and unpredictably in the system. This often results in complaints about poor indoor comfort, noise and high energy bills. ASV automatic balancing valves ensure an optimal pressure differential for control valves as well as the correct flow within the individual risers at all times. The ASV automatically creates an optimal hydronic balance within the installation, whether under full or partial load. This balance is never disrupted.

ASV-PV sets

ASV valves are automatic balancing valves. Together with Danfoss presetting radiator thermostatic valves they are part of the Danfoss two-pipe solution and are perfect for creating optimal hydronic balance in residential two-pipe heating systems. One of the major challenges in heating systems is a lack of good hydronic balancing, caused by differential pressure, which is changing constantly and unpredictably in the heating system. This results in complaints from residents about poor indoor comfort, noise and high energy bills. The ASV valves can also be used in cooling applications (fan coil, chilled beam, etc) with variable flow, to secure an automatic hydronic balance (see general ASV datasheet for details).
