DEVIhotwatt™
The DEVIhotwatt™ is a self-limiting heating cable that is used for temperature maintenance of hot water supply and other fluids that need to maintain a certain temperature. The self-limiting capability of the cable ensures that the output of the cable increase or decrease according to ambient temperature. DEVIhotwatt™ ensures hot water in all taps and savings when circulation of the whole pipe system is unnecessary. All self-limiting heating cables must be overtemperature protected by a thermostat, as the output will decrease, but never be zero, and be protected by a RCD with a maximum trip current of 30 mA. The cable is not approved for use in drinking water.
DEVIiceguard™
The DEVIiceguard™ is a self-limiting parallel heating cable that is used for ice and snow melting on roofs and in gutters and downpipes. DEVIiceguard™ heating cables should not be in direct contact with bitumen roofs. The self-limiting capability of the cable ensures that the output of the cable increase or decrease according to ambient temperature. The heating cable is flexible and easy to install as it can be cut to length at site and installed directly on to the roof and gutter system. The outer sheath is highly resistant to harsh environmental conditions and corrosion and it also serves as a protection against mechanical influences. All selflimiting heating cables must be overtemperature protected by a thermostat, as the output will decrease, but never be zero. The cables are not approved for use in drinking water.

The heating element, the insulation and the outer jacket made of fluoropolymers what increased protection against chemicals and abrasion.A temperature-dependent resistance element between two parallel-guided copper conductors regulates and limits the heat output of the heating cable.This power setting takes place at every point of the heating cable, according to the ambient temperature prevailing there.
