Application
The VX Solo II H2WP (ECL 310/A377) is a district heating substation with high performance and excellent user comfort. It is particularly suitable for two-pipe systems and systems with underfloor heating.
District Heating (DH)
On the primary side, the substation includes an adapter piece, sensor pockets for a heat meter, as well as a strainer, thermometer and ball valves.
Heating (HE)
On the secondary side of the plate heat exchanger, there are two heating circuits: one for radiators and one for underfloor heating.Both heating circuits consist of a circulation pump, strainer, thermometer, check valve and ball valves. The heating temperature is controlled by the ECL 310 electronic controller.For radiator heating control, the substation is equipped on the primary side with a Danfoss AHQM flow controller with motorized valve and a Danfoss AMV actuator connected to the electronic controller.For underfloor heating control, the substation is equipped on the primary side with a VMV three-way valve and a Danfoss AMV actuator connected to the electronic controller.Depending on the application, whether underfloor heating or central heating, different heat exchanger sizes are used.
Domestic Hot Water (DHW)
The substation is designed on the primary side for connection to a domestic hot water storage tank.For storage tank control, the substation is equipped on the primary side with a Danfoss AHQM flow controller with motorized valve and a Danfoss AMV actuator connected to the electronic controller.
