Application
The Danfoss distribution systems are prefabricated solutions for floor heating, which can be installed separately or be implemented with the Danfoss flat station range, in connection with a boiler or as an extension of an existing heating system. These solutions make it easier for the installer to order a ready-made plug & play construction for mounting of distribution pipes for the building section.
The systems are available as standard solutions with 3 to 14 connections. In addition the solutions include a flow meter to maintain the designated flow rate.
Solution GTZC also includes a shunt with a circulation pump as well as a Danfoss FTC self-acting thermostat for control of the supply temperature as well as. The solutions GC and GTZC are fitted with a hard-wired master controller for control of the floor heating system.
For solution GTZC an electric safety thermostat, in combination with a zone valve with actuator, ensures maximum temperature limitation in the floor heating circuit, and protects the floor heating circuit from overheating.
The built-in zone valve, in combination with the thermal actuator and a room thermostat (not part of the delivery), enables a comfortable and energy-efficient control of heating times.
The distribution systems are available as built-in variants with a recess box as an option, or as surface mounted variants with a white cover as an option.
Recess boxes for built-in variants are available in two variants, - in width 610 mm for built-in variants with up to 7 connections, in width 850 mm for built-in variants with up to 12 connections and in width 1000 mm for built-in variants with up to 14 connections.

Description
Type G: Distribution system for floor heating without shunt, with flow meter. This variant is available with 3 to 14 connections.
Type GC: Distribution system for floor heating without shunt, with flow meter and with hard-wired Master controller FH-WC as standard. This variant is available with 3 to 14 connections.
Type GTZC: Distribution system for floor heating with integrated shunt with circulation pump, with flow meter, zone valve and FTC thermostat for control of supply temperature. With hard-wired Master controller FH-WC as standard. This variant is available with 3 to 14 connections.

The Danfoss distribution systems are prepared for implementation with the Danfoss flat station ranges EvoFlat MSS, EvoFlat FSS, Akva Lux II S-F and Akva Lux II TDP-F.
