Termix Compact 28 VX-FI HWS
Heating
The Termix Compact 28 VX-FI HWS is a fully insulated indirect district heating and local heating substation designed for heat generation in large buildings such as sports centres, schools, and apartment blocks.It offers optimum safety, efficient heat transfer, and a service-friendly design. The unit is suitable for applications requiring a heat exchanger or for existing building installations that are not suitable for direct connection when converting to district heating. A domestic hot water storage tank can also be connected.

Heat ExchangerThe substation is equipped with an efficient plate heat exchanger that ensures optimum heat transfer, providing maximum comfort and excellent energy efficiency.
Multiple Variants
The Termix Compact 28 VX-FI HWS is equipped with a heat exchanger for space heating, an AVQM combination valve or control valve with differential pressure controller, a pump, an electronic heating circuit controller, and a secondary-side connection for a domestic hot water storage tank. The electronic controller is factory pre-set, and all electrical components are pre-wired.

Pipe connections can be made either from the top or the bottom, making this solution highly flexible. At the same time, it offers a space-saving design and quick installation.

VX Solo II H2WS (A267)
Compact substation with two heating circuits for radiators and underfloor heating, and connection piping for a secondary-side domestic hot water storage tank. Wall-mounted design with pipe connections at the top and bottom.
Application
The VX Solo II H2WS is a district heating substation with high performance and excellent user comfort. It is particularly suitable for two-pipe systems and systems with underfloor heating.
District Heating (DH)
On the primary side, the substation includes an adapter piece, sensor pockets for a heat meter, as well as a strainer, thermometer and ball valves.
Heating (HE)
On the secondary side, there are two heating circuits: one for radiators and one for underfloor heating. Both heating circuits consist of a circulation pump, strainer, thermometer, check valve and ball valves. The supply temperature to the heating circuit is weather-compensated and controlled by a Danfoss ECL 210/A267 or ECL 310/A367 electronic controller in combination with an electric actuator connected to the controller. Depending on the application, whether underfloor heating or central heating, different heat exchanger sizes are used.
Domestic Hot Water (DHW)
The substation is designed on the secondary side for connection to a domestic hot water storage tank. The storage tank temperature is electronically controlled.
VX Solo II HWS

Anwendung Die VX Solo II HWS ist eine Fernwärmekompaktstation mit hoher Leistung und großem Bedienungskomfort. Sie ist für 2-Rohrsysteme besonders gut geeignet. Fernwärme (FW) Primärseitig enthält die Station Passstück, Fühlertaschen für Wärmemengenzähler sowie Schmutzfänger, Thermometer und Kugelhähne. Heizung (HE) Der Heizkreis auf der Sekundärseite besteht aus einem Plattenwärmeübertrager aus Edelstahl, Umwälzpumpe, Schmutzfänger, Ausdehnungsgefäß, Thermometern, Manometer, Rückschlagsowie Sicherheitsventil und Kugelhähnen. Der Heizkörperheizkreis wird durch das primärseitige Kombiventil geregelt, die Heiztemperatur mittels eines elektronischen Reglers (ECL 210/A237. Je nach Leistungsanwendung werden unterschiedlich dimensionierte Wärmeübertrager verwendet. Warmwasser (WW) Die Station ist sekundärseitig für den Anschluss eines Trinkwarmwasserspeichers konzipiert, dessen Speichertemperatur elektronisch geregelt wird.

VXe Solo HWS

VXe Solo HWS is especially suitable for two-pipe systems such as systems with radiator or floor heating. Designed for wall-mounting with pipes connection in bottom. The heating circuit and the cylinder temperature is controlled by electronic temperature controller Danfoss ECL 310/A337.

The substation is prefabricated with interconnecting components such as fitting piece and sensor pockets for insertion of aheat meter mounted in the DH return line, as well as strainer, thermometer and ball valves. The heating temperature and the inlet temperature for the DHW cylinder is controlled by an electronic ECL 310/A337 controller with weather compensation.

The heating side consists of a stainless steel plate heat exchanger and the VXe Solo HWS substation is available with heat exchanger type XB 06H-26, XB 06H-40 for radiator heating and type XB 06L-1 24 for floor heating. The heating side also features safety valve, expansion vessel, strainer, thermometers, manometer, energy-efficient circulation pump and ball valves. The HE circuit is controlled by the district energy class pressure independent control valve AVQM together with the AMV actuator with or without safety function, the temperature by means of an electronic temperature controller (ECL 310/A337).
Mounting of heat meter
The substation is equipped with 3/4” fitting pieces in the DH return flow for fitting of a heat meter.

Service and maintenance
The substation is very service-friendly and easy to install. It is mounted on the wall and as all pipes are placed in pipe bracket distance, it is possible to establish a nice piping. The removable cover plate in the front allows easy access to the specially designed chamber, where the most frequently used components such as ECL310 are located. The easy access chamber enables faster commissioning and maintenance without removing the whole cover of the substation.

The VXe Solo HWS is available with two heat exchangers: - XB06H-1 26 and XB06H-1 40, depending on heat demand. Temperature in HE circuit is controlled by Danfoss electronic controller ECL310/A347.
