AME 110 NL/ AME 110 NLX
AME 110 is a high accuracy modulating control actuator, specifically designed for use in combination with the Pressure Independent Control Valve type AB-QM in sizes from DN 15-32.
The flow is modulated by the AB-QM pressure independent control valve to avoid overflow and reduced boiler and/or chiller efficiency.
The actuator with AB-QM is used to control water supply to fan coil units, chilled beams, induction units, small re-heaters, re-coolers, AHU’s and other terminal units for zone control, in which heated/chilled water is the controlled medium. Due to its accuracy and LED indication, the AME 110 facilitates an accelerated commissioning process, allows easy maintenance, improves indoor comfort and increases energy savings. Control is achieved via voltage or current input signal to the actuator.
AME 113 NL / NLX
AME 113 is a series of gear actuators for opening and closing valves for heating and cooling systems. The predominant application is energy-efficient control of water-bearing valves in building services and automation.
The actuator has a safety function: if the power supply fails, the valve pressure plate moves to a parking position using energy from an internal rechargeable accumulator.
The actuator has an equal percentage characteristic, meaning the flow through the valve is proportional to the control signal. Control is performed by a 0-10 V DC signal sent by a central DDC system or a room thermostat. The current position and control voltage are shown on an LC display.
The actuator comes with a pluggable connecting cable and has a manual valve adjustment for maintenance or installation.
A version with feedback signal is available, transmitting information about the current valve position and any occurred errors to the DDC installation.
AME 120 NLX-1
The AME 120NLX-1 is a compact gear motor actuator that is assembled to ½” to 1-¼” AB-QM valves sizes.
The actuator receives a modulating 0(2)-10VDC or 0(4)-20mA signal to provide precise control.
The profile of the actuator assembly is ideal in fan coil units, induction units, small reheaters, recoolers and zone applications in which hot/ chilled water is the controlled medium.
AME 130 (H)/ AME 140 (H)
AME 130, AME 140, AME 130H a AME 140H pohony jsou používány s ventily:
- VZ DN 15, 20,
- VZL DN 15, 20 s konektorem pro prodloužení dříku nebo
- AHQM (DN 15-32) ventily.

AME 25 / AME 35
Elektrické servopohony AME se používají spolu s ventily VRB, VRG, VF, VL s přídavným adaptérem (kódové č. 065Z0311, není součástí dodávky) a s ventily VFS o průměru až DN 50.
Servopohon automaticky přizpůsobuje svůj zdvih podle koncových poloh ventilu, což zkracuje dobu potřebnou k uvedení do provozu.
AME 655-1 / AME 685-1 / AME 658 SU-1 / AME 658 SD-1
The AME 655-1, 658 SU/SD-1 and 685-1 series of motor actuators are suitable in providing valve control to the demands of district heating/cooling, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning applications.
The AME 658 series of actuator provides safety function in either open or closing of the valve in the event of power loss. For the AME 655-1 and AME 685-1 this feature is not included.
The actuators can be wired in either a modulating or floating control dependent on the requirements of the electronic controller’s output.
The motor actuators AME 65x are assembled with the AB-QM series of pressure independent control valve for the sizes ranging from 5” (DN 125) to 6” (DN 150).
The motor actuators AME 685-1x are assembled with the AB-QM series of pressure independent control valve for the sizes ranging from 8” (DN 200) to 10” (DN 250).

AMI 120 NL-1
The AMI 120 NL-1 is a 2 point (ON/ OFF), 3 wire actuator used with the AB-QM pressure independent control valves installed on hot or chilled water system applications. This actuator is installed on AB-QM valve sizes ranging from 1/2” to 1- 1/4”. The AB-QM assembly is suitable for installation within fan coil units, VAV, induction units or additional units that require combined balancing and valve control, which could be located within enclosures or plenum rated spaces.
As a 3 wire actuator, it receives constant power to travel to its default position and upon receipt of input signal will travel in the opposite direction. Designed within the actuator is an overload and gap function to prevent unnecessary travel from the actuator.
AMI 140
AMI 140 představuje servopohon s dvoubodovým řízením a s 3 vodiči, který se využívá spolu s ventily AB-QM (DN 10-32), dále s ventily VZ, VZL a VRBZ. Typická použití servopohonu AMI 140 jsou: konvektorové (fan-coil) jednotky, indukční jednotky, malé přihřívače či dochlazovače a dále zónové aplikace, kde jako regulované médium slouží studená nebo horká voda. S továrním nastavením servopohon nabízí (vřeteno servopohonu zcela v dolní poloze): pro AB-QM funkce normálně uzavřen nebo pro VZ, VZL a VRBZ funkce normálně otevřen.
Poznámka: Nastavení „normálně uzavřen“ je možné změnit na nastavení „normálně otevřen“.
AMV 110 NL / AMV 120 NL
Pohony AMV 110 NL a AMV 120 NL jsou používány spolu s automaticky vyvažovacími kombinovanými ventily AB-QM v rozměrech DN 10-32.
Typická použití těchto produktů jsou: regulace teploty a průběžné automatické vyvažování koncových jednotek jako jsou konvektorové (fancoil) jednotky, chlazené stropy, vzduchotechnická zařízení, apod.
AMV 120 NL-1
The AMV 120 NL-1 is a 3-point triac control actuator with end position indication. This actuator is assembled to the AB-QM pressure independent control valves ranging from 1/2” to 1- 1/4” sizes and applied within hot or chilled water system applications.
The AB-QM assembly is suitable for installation within fan coil units, VAV, induction units or additional units that require combined balancing and valve control, which could be located within enclosures or plenum rated spaces. Designed within the actuator is an overload and gap function to prevent unnecessary travel from the actuator.
AMV 130(H) / AMV 140(H)
Pohony AMV 130/140 a AMV 130H/140H se používají společně s ventily:
- VZ DN 15, 20,
- VZL DN 15, 20 se zátkou prodloužení vřetena nebo
- AHQM (DN 15-32)
Pohony je možné využít spolu s pokojovými klimatizačními jednotkami, indukčními jednotkami, malými dohřívači, dochlazovači a s dalšími zónovými aplikacemi, kde slouží jako regulační médium horká/studená voda.
AMV 25 SD / AMV 25 SU
AMV 25 SD or SU electric actuators are used with valves gen.2009 type VRB, VRG, VF, VL with additional adapter (Code No. 065Z0311, not supplied) and VFS 2 valves up to DN 50 diameter.
The actuator automatically adapts its stroke to valve end positions which reduces commissioning time. Optional auxiliary switches, feedback potentiometer and valve stem heater are available.
AMV 435
AMV 435 actuator is used with two and three-way valves type VRB, VRG, VF and VL up to DN 80 diameter and for AHQM DN 40-100. It is also used with pressure independent balancing and control valve type AB-QM from DN 40 to DN 100.
The advanced design incorporates load related ‘switch-off’ to ensure that actuators and valves are not exposed to overload.
