Heating insulation caps are essential for supporting Danfoss valves by minimizing heat loss when used in heating and domestic hot water systems. These caps are comprised of two interlocking half shells, crafted from Polyurethane (PUR) hard foam, which is then covered with a roughly one-millimeter-thick shell of Polystyrene. This design ensures optimal insulation and durability. The half shells are securely fastened together using two stainless steel clamping rings, which maintain a tight seal to prevent any heat from escaping through the valve, thus enhancing the system's overall energy efficiency.
