AME 10/20/30, AME 13/23/33
Actuators with safety function (AME 13, AME 23 or AME 33) and actuators without safety function (AME 10, AME 20 or AME 30) are mainly used with VS, VM, VB, AVQM and VMV (only with AME 10) valves. Safety version is activated automatically in case of power failure or if the power supply is switched off by the safety thermostat. Actuators automatically adapt stroke to valve end positions which reduces commissioning time.
AME 130(H) / AME 140(H)
AME 130, AME 140, AME 130H and AME 140H actuators are used with: VZ DN 15, 20,; VZL DN 15, 20 with stem extension plug or AHQM (DN 15-32) valves. The actuator can be used with fan coil units, induction units, small reheaters, recoolers, and zone applications in which hot/cold water is the controlled medium.
AME 25 SD / AME 25 SU
AME 25 SD or SU electric actuators are used with valves gen.2009 type VRB, VRG, VF, VL with additional adapter (Code No. 065Z0311, not supplied) and VFS 2 valves up to DN 50 diameter. The actuator automatically adapts its stroke to valve end positions which reduces commissioning time.
AME 55 / AME 56
The actuators AME 55 / AME 56 are used with valves: VFM 2 (DN 65-150) only in combination with AME 55, VFS 2 (DN 15-50) only in combination with AME 56. Clutch available on special request, VFS 2 (DN 65-100), VL 2/3 (DN 100), VF 2/3 (DN 100-150), VL 2/3 & VF 2/3 (DN 65, 80)-only in combination with AME 56 and adapter 065Z0312, AFQM (DN 65-125) and AFQM 6 (DN 40-50).
AME 655(GA)/ 658 SU / 658 SD/ 659 SD
Actuators are primarily designed to regulate valve in the respond to the demand of a controller in District Heating/cooling, Heating, Ventilating and Air conditioning systems. Actuators AME 655, 658 and 659 can be controlled by electronic controllers with modulating or 3-point control output. Actuators can be used without any adapter in combination with: - Valve types VFM, VFS (DN 65-100), VF (DN 100-150) and VL (DN 100) - Self-acting flow controller AFQM 6* and AFQM 2. * With adapter 065B3527 for AFQM 6 or AFQM PN 25, if produced before March 2015. Used with adapter 065B3527 in combination with: - Valve types VFG(S) and VFU.
AME 685
The actuator is designed to control the valve in response to the demand of a controller in District Heating/cooling, Heating, Ventilating and Air conditioning systems. The AME 685 can be controlled by electronic controllers with modulating or 3-point control output. The actuator can be used in combination with valve type VF 3 (DN 200-300).
AME 855
Actuator is primarily designed to regulate valve in the respond to the demand of a controller in District Heating/cooling, Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning systems. Actuator AME 855 can be controlled by electronic controllers with modulating or 3-point control output. Actuator can be used with VF3 valves (DN 200-300).
AMV 10/20/30/ AMV 13/23/33

AMV 11
The actuator is available for 3-point controls. It is used with VS2, VM2, VB2, VMV and AVQM valves. In addition to basic function such as manual control and position indication, the actuators are also equipped with force sensitive switch-off to ensure that actuators and valves are not exposed to overload. This function automatically ensures the self-adjustment of the end positions on the valve.
AMV 13 SU / AMV 23 SU
The actuators with safety function are mainly used with VZ valves (AMV 13 SU) or with VS, VM or VB valves (AMV 13 SU, AMV 23 SU) or AVQM (AMV 23 SU). Safety version is activated automatically in case of power failure or if the power supply is switched off by the safety thermostat. The actuator automatically adapts its stroke to valve end positions which reduces commissioning time. Optional feedback potentiometer is available on special request.

Actuator AMV 150 is primarily designed to regulate valve in the respond to the demand of a controller in District heating, heating, floor heating, solar heating, zone heating, comfort cooling, ventilating and air conditioning systems etc. Actuator should be controlled by electronic controllers with triacs or solid state relays with zero cross detection. Actuator can be used in combination with: - Valve types VS 2 (DN 15 only) and VMV - Self acting flow controller AVQM (DN15 only)
AMV 20 SL / AMV 23 SL / AMV 30 SL
The actuators for 3-point controls with or without safety function are suitable to be used with VS2, VM2, VB2 and AVQM valves. The safety function on AMV 23 SL is activated automatically in case of power failure or if the power supply is switched off by the safety thermostat. This function provides safety shut off on power failure. In addition to basic function such as manual control and position indication, the actuators are also equipped with force sensitive switch-off to ensure that actuators and valves are not exposed to overload. This function automatically ensures the self-adjustment of the end positions on the valve. Actuators are also equipped with stroke limitation that can limit flow in valves. Limitation of stroke is designed with switch that can be set in any desirable position (stroke limit from 0 to 100%).
AMV 25 / AMV 35
AMV electric actuators are used with, VRB, VRG, VF, VL valves with additional adapter (Code No. 065Z0311, not supplied) and VFS 2 valves up to DN 50 diameter. AMZ 112
The ON/OFF zone valves type AMZ 112 is typical used in connection with: Commercial central heating applications; Solar energy plants; HVAC ; Priority control of hot water supply and heating (diverting function); Priority control of boiler and solid fuel installations (diverting function). The ON/OFF zone valves can be applied together with most Danfoss Room Thermostats, particularly type RET 230 (single poled switch) and programmable Room Thermostats type RET 1000/2000.
TWA-ZL
Danfoss thermal actuator TWA-ZL is used with Danfoss valves type VZL. The actuator can be controlled with a on/off controller or switch. These provide a cost effective solution for the control of hot and/or chilled water for fan coil units, small reheaters and recoolers in temperature control systems.
