ICM and ICAD 600A / ICAD 1200A
The motor-operated ICM valve consists of four components: valve body, top cover, function module, and actuator. For sizes ICM 20 to 65, the top cover and function module are combined. Driven by the ICAD actuator, sizes DN25 to DN65 have a Maximum Working Pressure (MWP) of 65 bar, while others have 52 bar. ICM valves regulate expansion in liquid lines, with or without phase change, and control pressure or temperature in suction and hot gas lines. The design balances opening and closing forces, requiring only two ICAD actuator sizes for DN20 to DN150, offering a compact unit.ICAD actuators, types 600B and 1200B, are for ICM valves, covering ICM 20 to 150. ICAD is controlled via modulating analogue signals (e.g., 4–20 mA / 2–10 V), digital ON/OFF signals, or data communication (Modbus RTU (RS485) or TCP/IP (Ethernet)). ICAD B features an advanced MMI display with text and icons for intuitive setup, plus Bluetooth communication to a mobile app.
