DST P40M
The P40M pressure transmitter has been designed specific for pressure monitoring of marine applications such as Ballast water treatment systems, Exhaust gas scrubbers, Desalination and Sea water cooling systems where high corrosion resistance and longevity are essential for the continued operation of auxiliary & propulsion systems onboard the vessel.
The enclosure of the pressure transmitter is machined out from a single piece of Titanium to eliminate any structural weaknesses. Titanium is exceptionally resistant to a broad range of acids and alkalis, as well as Sodium Chloride and polluted waters. Titanium’s corrosion resistance together with its low density, high strength and erosion resistance, make this pressure transmitter ideal for numerous chemical processing and marine uses.
The pressure sensing element is made from ceramic Al2O3 96% which has excellent chemical immunity and is suitable for nearly all aggressive media. The pressure transmitter works following the piezo resistive principle and the Wheatstone bridge is screen printed directly on one side of the ceramic diaphragm by means of Thick Film technology.
EMP 2
The high accuracy pressure transmitter EMP 2 is designed for monitoring and control in marine and industial applications and offers a reliable pressure measurement, even under harsh environmental conditions.
The pressure transmitter programme covers absolute or gauge (relative) versions with a 4 – 20 mA output signal.
It has all the necessary marine approvals. Special versions with integrated pulse-snubber available, designed for severe medium influences like cavitation, liquid hammer or pressure peaks.
MBS 3300 / MBS 3350
The compact high temperature pressure transmitter is designed for use in almost all marine applications, and offers a reliable pressure measurement, even under harsh environmental conditions.
The flexible pressure transmitter programme covers different output signals, absolute or gauge (relative) versions, measuring ranges from 0 – 1 to 0 – 600 bar and a wide range of pressure and electrical connections.

MBS 33M
The high accuracy transmitter MBS 33M is designed for use in almost all marine applications, and offers a reliable pressure measurement, even under harsh environmental conditions.
The flexible pressure transmitter programme covers a 4 – 20 mA output signal, absolute or gauge (relative) versions, measuring ranges from 0 – 1 to 0 – 600 bar. A wide range of pressure and electrical connections.

MBS 4201 / MBS 4251
The intrinsically safe pressure transmitter program is designed for use in hazardous environments and offers a reliable pressure measurement, even in harsh applications with severe medium influences like cavitation, liquid hammer or pressure peaks. The MBS 4201 and MBS 4251 are Ex ia IIC T5...T4 explosion protected according to the ATEX directive 2014/34/EU. The series come with 4 – 20 mA output signal, absolute or gauge (relative) versions, measuring ranges from 0 – 1 to 0 – 600 bar, plug connection and a wide range of pressure connections. Excellent vibration stability, robust construction, and a high degree of EMC/EMI protection equip the pressure transmitter to meet the most stringent industrial requirements.
MBS 5100 / MBS 5150
De zeer nauwkeurige blokdruktransmitter met scheepsgoedkeuring is ontworpen voor gebruik in praktisch alle maritieme toepassingen. De MBS 5150 met geïntegreerde impulsdemper is ontworpen voor gebruik in maritieme toepassingen met zware mediuminvloeden zoals cavitatie, waterslag of drukpieken en levert betrouwbare drukmeting, zelfs onder veeleisende omstandigheden.
De transmitters kunnen eenvoudig rechtstreeks op de bloktestklep MBV 5000 worden gemonteerd of aangesloten via de drukaansluiting met schroefdraad.
Het flexibele druktransmitterprogramma omvat uitgangssignalen van 4 – 20 mA, absolute en relatieve versies, meetbereiken van 0 – 4 tot 0 – 400 bar met nulpunt- en spanaanpassing.
