USV-I / USV-M

USV vārsti ir paredzēti apkures un dzesēšanas sistēmu manuālai hidrauliskai balansēšanai.

USV-I (sarkanā poga) tiek izmantots kopā ar USV-M, lai ierobežotu plūsmu apkures vai dzesēšanas iekārtās, vai arī var darboties atsevišķi kā manuāli balansēšanas vārsti plūsmas ierobežošanai. Ja noteiktām cauruļu sekcijām nav nepieciešama diferenciālā spiediena kontrole, USV-I un USV-M var izmantot kā noslēgvārstus un mērīšanas vārstus.

USV-M (zilā poga) vārstu var uzlabot par automātisku USV-PV balansēšanas vārstu. USV-M ir paredzēts uzstādīšanai atgaitas caurulē.

Jaunināšana no manuālās uz automātisko balansēšanu tiek veikta, uzstādot PV regulatoru pie USV-M vārsta.

Jaunināšanas laikā sistēma nav jāatbrīvo no spiediena, un kV vērtības nemainās. USV-PV uztur nemainīgu diferenciālo spiedienu stāvvadā.

Pateicoties tā īpašajai konstrukcijai, USV-PV ir stingrs savienojums starp diafragmas korpusu un vārsta konusu.

USV-I / USV-M komplekts

USV valves are designed for manual hydronic balancing of heating and cooling systems. USV-I (red knob) is used together with USV-M to limit the flow in heating or cooling installation or can work separately as manual balancing valves for flow limitation. If certain pipe sectors do not require a control of differental pressure, USV-I and USV-M can be used as shut-off- and measuring valve. USV-M (blue knob) valve can be upgraded into an automatic USV-PV balancing valve. USV-M is designed for installation in the return pipe. Upgrading from manual to automatic balancing is done by mounting PV-controller to an USV-M valve.

USV-S

USV-S valves are designed for manual hydronic balancing of heating and cooling systems.

USV-S (black knob) is used to limit the flow in heating or cooling installation or can work separately as manual balancing valves for flow limitation.

USV-S is compact valves in which the operating elements and connections are placed within an arc of 90°, so that in spite of small valve dimensions, access for installation and operation is optimal.
