Both the VCM and VCH check valves are designed for Danfoss high-pressure pumps. The VCM is optimized for use in seawater and the VCH for use in tap water and ultra-pure water. The function of the non-return valves are to allow flow in one direction while protecting the pump from pressure returning to the pump outlet.

The non-return valves are either produced in stainless steel AISI 304 or Duplex/Super Duplex to ensure high quality and reliability. Both valves are available in different sizes to cover our broad range of pumps.

VCM 10
The function of the non-return valve is to allow flow in one direction while blocking it in the other. The valve incorporates a conical poppet design, which ensures sealing when used with a low viscosity medium such as water.Typically used in connection with APP (W) 5.1 - 10.2 pumps.
VCM 13
The function of the non-return valve to be mounted directly on the outlet of the APP pump is toprotect the pump by allowing flow out of the pump while blocking flow into the pump.The valve incorporates a conical poppet design, which ensures sealing when used with a low viscositymedium such as water.Typically used in connection with APP 11 -13 pumps (APP (W) 5.1 - 10.2 pumps).
VCM 22
The function of the non-return valve to be mounted directly on the outlet of the APP pump is to protect the pump by allowing flow out of the pump while blocking flow into the pump.The valve incorporates a conical poppet design, which ensures sealing when used with a low viscosity medium such as water.Typically used in connection with APP 21 - 30 and APP 22 pumps.
VCM 46
The valve incorporates a conical poppet design, which ensures sealing when used with a lowviscosity medium such as water.Typically used in connection with APP 38 - 46 pumps.
VCM 92
The non-return valve is designed for use in Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) membranesystems. In case the high-pressure pump stops momentarily, the volume of water in themembrane vessel may work as an accumulator and will send flow backwards. In case pumps are placed in parallel, the non-return valve also prevents water from one pump runs into the parallel-coupled pumps at start-up.The function of the valve is prepared for easy installation on the high-pressure outlet.Typically used in connection with APP 53 - 92 pumps.
