Applications
Akva Lux II VXe HT is a fully insulated district heating substation for indirect heating and instantaneous domestic hot water, featuring high performance and simple operation. The Akva Lux II VXe HT covers both the DHW and heating requirements of large and small single-family houses and is also suitable for large projects. The Akva Lux II VXe HT can be used in high or low temperature district heating networks (Tmax= 130°C).
Construction
The Akva Lux II VXe HT substation is available in two main types with a plate heat exchanger for domestic hot water production type XB 06H-1 26 for 1-2 dwellings and heat exchanger type XB 06H-1 40 for 3-4 dwellings. On the heating side the substation is available with heat exchanger type XB 06H-26, 40 and type XB 06L-1 24 for floor heating. The substation also features safety and nonreturn valve on the cold water connection, ball valves and sensor pockets as well as a differential pressure controller, expansion vessel, energy-efficient circulation pump, control valves with actuators, strainers, and a removable fitting piece for installation of heat meter in the district heating return line. Primary pipes of Akva Lux II VXe HT are welded. The heating temperature is controlled by an electronic ECL 310 controller with weather compensation, which enables further energy savings. The substation is suitable and ready for connecting re-circulation.

EvoFlat VX-F FH
The VX-F is a compact flat station distinguished by high performance and ease of operation. The EvoFlat VX-F station is particularly suitable for two-pipe systems with underfloor heating supplied by a central heat generator in multi-family buildings. The VX-F FH stations can be used either independently or in combination with a VX-F heating circuit manifold with 2 to 12 heating circuits.
Primary side
The station is supplied with heating water from a heat source. The Flat station is factory‑equipped with a domestic hot water thermostat, differential pressure controller, strainer, summer bypass (FJVR), M10 sensor holder, and a fitting for the installation of a heat meter.
Secondary side
The secondary side consists of a plate heat exchanger, safety valve, pressure gauge, expansion vessel, and circulation pump.
To regulate the supply temperature to the secondary side, a temperature controller of type FTC is used. The EvoFlat VX-F FH is equipped with a safety temperature limiter (55 °C) and a RA‑C zone valve with a TWA thermal actuator, which prevents further heat supply in the event of overheating.
Domestic Hot Water (DHW)
Domestic water heating is carried out using a heat exchanger in a flow‑through principle. The domestic water temperature is regulated by the automatic controller type TPC‑M. This combination controller offers exceptional user convenience by functioning as both a hydraulic and a thermostatic valve.
The flow‑controlled section allows primary and secondary side flow through the heat exchanger only during domestic hot water draw‑off. Immediately after the draw‑off ends, the flow is shut off. The thermostatic section, on the other hand, regulates the domestic hot water temperature. The TPC‑M controller ensures a constant domestic hot water temperature even in the presence of fluctuating supply temperatures and differential pressures.
EvoFlat VX-F R

Termix Compact 28 MS VVX
The Termix Compact 28 MST VVX-FI is a complete unit for indirect space heating and domestic hot water for district heating. It can be used for connection to indirect district heating in places where the district heating plant requires a hydraulic break. It is also suitable for conversion to district heating when the secondary heating system is unsuitable to being connected to direct district heating or when a particularly effective security against leakage in the heating system is required.

Termix Compact 28 MST VVX
Space heating and domestic hot water (DHW)
The Termix Compact 28 MST VVX-FI is a complete unit for indirect space heating and domestic hot water for district heating. It can be used for connection to indirect district heating in places where the district heating plant requires a hydraulic break. It is also suitable for conversion to district heating when the secondary heating system is unsuitable to being connected to direct district heating or when a particularly effective security against leakage in the heating system is required.
Efficient heat exchanger
The substation is fitted with an efficient plate heat exchanger, which ensures the most favourable heat extraction and achieves optimum comfort and operating economy.
Domestic hot water (DHW)
The domestic hot water is prepared in the heat exchanger and the temperature is regulated with a flow-compensated temperature controller with integrated differential pressure controller. The DH water is cooled very efficiently by the heat exchanger, thereby creating an excellent operating economy. The Danfoss IHPT valve ensures a stable domestic hot water temperature by varying loads, varying supply temperatures and by high and varying differential pressure without the need for readjusting the valve. This protects the heat exchanger against overheating and lime scale formation. Furthermore the IHPT valve has an integrated idle temperature controller, which keeps the house supply line warm. This shortens the waiting periods during summer when the heating system is in reduced operation, which is ideal where high comfort is requested.
Electronic regulation
The Termix Compact 28 MST VVX-FI is built with a plate heat exchanger for instantaneous domestic hot water production and heat exchanger for space heating. The electronic controller is factory preset. Electrical components are prewired, and the unit is equipped with a plug for 230 V a.c.
Minimal heat loss
Complete insulation of the unit ensures minimal heat loss.
Reliable and easy to install
Termix Compact 28 MST VVX-FI is operationally reliable. A quality product manufactured in Denmark which is easy to install and quickly commissioned.
