The EvoFlat FSS is a compact and user-friendly flat station designed for use in multi family buildings. It is particularly suitable for two-pipe systems in residential buildings supplied with heat from a central heat source, such as district heating, boilers, solar heating systems, heat pumps, and similar installations.
All pipes are made of stainless steel and connected using Danfoss Klik-Fit technology. Compared to traditional stations with threaded connections, this innovative connection method requires no retightening during installation.
The rear panel consists of an EPP insulation plate, complemented by a heat-insulating front cover, ensuring minimal heat loss.

Primary side (DH)
The flat station is equipped with a differential pressure regulator, integrated into the main regulator type TPC M and a central strainer. A thermostatically controlled summer bypass maintains the heat supply at operating temperature, ensuring a rapid domestic hot water (DHW) response outside the heating season.

Heating (HE)
The flat station supplies the radiator circuit with the same temperature as the heat source. The differential pressure regulator ensures efficient heating operation. For time-dependent temperature control, the station can optionally be equipped with an actuator for the zone valve integrated into the regulator.

Domestic hot water (DHW)
Domestic hot water is heated via a heat exchanger using the flow-through principle. Three sizes of heat exchangers are available, covering capacities from 37 to 55 kW.
The domestic hot water temperature is regulated by the self-acting TPC-M regulator (with integrated differential pressure regulator), ensuring a constant DHW temperature even with fluctuating supply temperature, flow, and differential pressure.
If desired, the station can be supplied with built-in DHW circulation.
