DML/DMLE and DCL/DCLE

All ELIMINATOR® driers have a solid core with binding material held to an absolute minimum.
There are two types of ELIMINATOR® cores. Type DML/DMLE driers have a core composition of 100% molecular sieve, while type DCL/DCLE contain 80% molecular sieve with 20% activated alumina.
ELIMINATOR® type DML/DMLE driers are designed for applications requiring the highest moisture capacity.
ELIMINATOR® type DML/DMLE driers are designed for applications requiring moisture capacity and acid adsorption capacity.
Available with solder pure copper and cu-plated steel connectors and flare connections.

Features and benefits

  • The core type DML/DMLE is 100% molecular sieve core
  • The core type DCL/DCLE is 80% molecular sieve with 20% activated alumina
  • The shell is available with solder (cu-plated steel connectors) and flare connections
  • The filter is 25 μm (0.001 in.) filter provides high retention with minimal pressure drop

DMLE / DCLE hermetic high pressure filter driers, HFC optimized

Reliable high pressure filter driers
The DMLE filter drier is designed for refrigeration systems that require high moisture removal capacity. DMLE filter driers are optimized for HFC, A2L, A3 refrigerants and mineral or benzene oils. The filter driers are hermetic and approved for 50 bar. DMLE filter driers are delivered with flare or copper/copper plated steel connections.
DCLE filter driers are designed for applications requiring high moisture removal capacity as well as acid adsorption capacity. The DCLE and DMLE filter driers have the same wide application range and benefits.
