KVR is a mechanical condensing pressure regulator used where the refrigeration system needs stable condenser-side pressure control. In cold room applications, it is especially relevant where the installation uses an air-cooled condenser and needs sufficiently high condensing pressure for stable operation under changing ambient conditions.
It is particularly relevant in systems where pressure regulation around the condenser and receiver supports reliable refrigerant flow, stable system behavior, and dependable operation across varying load and temperature conditions.
