Termix Compact 28 VX-FI HWP
Heizung
Die Termix Compact 28 VXFI HWP ist eine komplettwärmegedämmte indirekte Nah- und Fernwärmekompaktstation für die Wärmeerzeugung in großen Gebäuden wie Sportzentren, Schulen und Wohnblöcken. Mit optimaler Sicherheit, effizienter Wärmeübertragung und wartungsfreundlicher Konstruktion. Sie eignet sich für Anwendungen, die einen Wärmeübertrager erfordern oder für vorhandene Hausinstallationen, die sich bei der Umstellung auf Fernwärme nicht für einen direkten Anschluss eignen. Es ist möglich einen Warmwasserspeicher anzuschließen.

Die Übergabestation ist mit einem effizienten Plattenwärmeübertrager ausgestattet, der für eine optimale Wärmeübertragung sorgt und maximalen Komfort sowie herausragende Wirtschaftlichkeit bietet.
Mehrere Varianten
Die Termix Compact 28 VX-FI HWP ist mit einem Wärmeübertrager für die Raumheizung, einem Kombivenil AVQM oder Durchgangsventil und Differenzdruckregler, einer Pumpe, einer elektronischen Regelung des Heizkreises sowie einem direkten Ausgang für einen Warmwasserspeicher ausgestattet. Der elektronische Regler ist werksseitig voreingestellt. Die elektrischen Komponenten sind vorverdrahtet. Die Termix Compact 28 VX-FI HWP wird in Standardausführungen hergestellt: VX-FI HWP mit Wärmeübertrager für indirekten Heizbetrieb und PWH-Anschlüsse mit Speicherregelung (primärseitig)

The heat exchanger used in the VX Solo 22 is a brazed, highly efficient Danfoss plate heat exchanger, which has been tested and approved according to the PED directive.
Reading and setting
All thermometers are placed so they are easy to read.Components, which can be adjusted, are easily accessible.
Service or maintenance
The substation is very service friendly due to practical piping and assembly with nuts and gaskets.It is mounted on the wall and as all pipes are placed in pipe bracket distance, it is possible to establish a nice piping.

The VX Solo II H2WP is a district heating substation with high performance and excellent user comfort. It is particularly suitable for two-pipe systems and systems with underfloor heating.
District Heating (DH)
On the primary side, the substation includes an adapter piece, sensor pockets for a heat meter, as well as a strainer, thermometer and ball valves.
Heating (HE)
On the secondary side of the plate heat exchanger, there are two heating circuits: one for radiators and one for underfloor heating. Both heating circuits consist of a circulation pump, strainer, thermometer, check valve and ball valves.The supply temperature of the heating circuits is weather-compensated and controlled by a Danfoss ECL 210/A260 electronic controller in combination with an electric actuator connected to the controller.Depending on the application, whether underfloor heating or central heating, different heat exchanger sizes are used.
Domestic Hot Water (DHW)
The substation is designed on the primary side for connection to a domestic hot water storage tank. The storage tank temperature is controlled via a combination valve.

The VXi Solo H (ECL 310/A230) is a fully insulated substation featuring high performance and simple operation. VXi Solo H is especially suitable for two-pipe systems and systems with floor heating. The heating circuit is controlled by electronic temperature controller Danfoss ECL 310/A230.

VXi Solo HWP (A337)
Die VXi Solo HWP (ECL 310/A237) ist eine komplett wärmegedämmte indirekte Nahund Fernwärmekompaktstation mit einem Heizkreis und einem weiteren Anschluss für einen Trinkwarmwasserspeicher im Primärkreis. Sie ist für Systeme mit Heizkörper und Fußbodenheizung geeignet. Die Station ist mit einer witterungsgeführten Regelung ausgestattet.
Fernwärme (FW)
Primärseitig enthält die Station Passstück für Wärmemengenzähler im Fernwärmerücklauf, Fühlertaschen für Wärmemengenzähler, Schmutzfänger, Thermometer, Differenzdruckregler mit Volumenstrom begrenzung AVBP-F, Durchgangsventil VS2 und Kugelhähne.
Heizung (HE)
Der Heizkreis auf der Sekundärseite besteht aus einem Plattenwärmeübertrager aus Edelstahl, Sicherheitsventil, Ausdehnungsgefäß, Schmutzfänger, Thermometern, Manometer sowie Umwälzpumpe und Kugelhähnen. Der Heizkörperheizkreis wird durch das primärseitige Durchgangsventil VS2 zusammen mit dem Stellantrieb AMV 150 geregelt, die Temperatur mittels eines elektronischen Reglers (ECL 310/A237). Je nach Anwendung werden unterschiedlich dimensionierte Wärmeübertrager verwendet. Für Heizkörper kommen die Wärmeübertrager Typ XB 06H-26, Typ XB 06H-40 zum Einsatz und für Fußbodenheizung der Wärmeübertrager Typ XB 06L-24. Bei Fußbodenheizung ist ein STW und Stellantrieb mit Sicherheitsfunktion als Option erhältlich.
Trinkwarmwasser (WW)
Die VXi Solo HWP wird mit einer Trinkwarmwasserspeicherverbindung auf der Primärseite geliefert. Die Speichertemperatur wird optional mit einem selbsttätigen Thermostatregelventil oder dem Danfoss ECL Regler mit optional erhältlichen Motorregelventil geregelt.
