DST P40I
Der Druckmessumformer P40I von Danfoss Sensor Technology (DST) wurde für den Einsatz in korrosiven Industrieumgebungen wie Entsalzungsanlagen, Meerwasserkühlung, Abwasseraufbereitung usw. entwickelt.
Das Gehäuse des Druckmessumformers ist aus einem einzigen Stück Titan gefertigt, um eventuelle Strukturschwächen auszuschließen. Titan ist außerordentlich beständig gegen eine Vielzahl von Säuren und Laugen sowie Natriumchlorid und verunreinigtes Wasser. Dank der Korrosionsbeständigkeit von Titan in Verbindung mit der geringen Dichte, der hohen Festigkeit und Widerstandsfähigkeit eignet sich dieser Druckmessumformer ideal für zahlreiche chemische Prozesse und Marineanwendungen.
Das Druckfühlerelement besteht aus Keramik AI2O3 96 % mit hervorragender chemischer Beständigkeit und eignet sich für nahezu alle aggressiven Flüssigkeiten. Der Druckmessumformer funktioniert nach dem piezoresistiven Prinzip, und die Wheatstone'sche Messbrücke wird mittels Dickschichttechnologie direkt auf eine Seite der Keramikmembran aufgedruckt.
