GBC (90 bar) / GBCT (140 bar)
Die Danfoss-Kugelhähne vom Typ GBC (90 bar) und GBCT (140 bar) sind manuell betätigte Absperrventile für CO2, mit denen der innere Durchfluss durch Betätigung der Ventilspindel geöffnet und geschlossen werden kann.
Die Ventile sind speziell für eine inhärente Stillstandssicherheit ausgelegt, was bedeutet, dass die Ventile den Drücken standhalten können, die normalerweise beim Abschalten des Kühlsystems auftreten, z. B. während des Servierens oder bei einem unerwarteten Stromausfall.
Die Ventilkonstruktion und die verwendeten Materialien sind speziell für die Verwendung mit dem Kältemittel CO2ausgelegt und getestet.
GBC-Ventile (90 bar) sind für den Einsatz in unterkritischen Kälteanlagen CO2vorgesehen. GBCT-Ventile (140 bar) sind für den Einsatz in transkritischen Systemen CO2zugelassen.
GBC / GBC E / GBC L
Danfoss shut-off ball valves, type GBC, are manually operated shut-off valves for refrigeration systems, in order to open and to shut off inner flow path by operating the valve spindle.
The GBC valves are used in liquid, suction and hot gas lines in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
The GBC bi-directional ball valves can be delivered with or without external access port.
The valves have one-piece wire seal cap to prevent unintentional cap removal or tampering between services.
There are 3 different ranges, valid for different types of refrigerants, system sizes and made with different materials: GBC and GBC E in brass, GBC L in stainless steel.
