BCP
The BCP type is a series of dedicated pressure switches for safety and pressure monitoring of steam and hot water boilers. The BCP incorporates a single-pole changeover microswitch where the contact position depends on the pressure in the connection port and the range set value. For installations, in which operation is particularly critical for safety reason, the use of fail-safe control is recommended.
CAS
The CAS series consists of a series of pressure controlled switches and temperature controlled switches. In this series, special attention has been given to meeting demands for a high level of enclosure, robust and compact construction and resistance to shock and vibration.
The series is suitable for use in alarm and regulation systems in factories, diesel plants, compressors, power stations and on board ships.
CS
CS-Druckschalter verfügen über einen eingebauten, druckbetätigten, dreipoligen Schalter. Die Kontaktposition ist abhängig vom Druck im Anschluss, der Bereichseinstellung und der einstellbaren Differenz. Die Druckschalter werden mit einem Handschalter geliefert, der das Kontaktsystem unabhängig vom Druck des Systems in der geöffneten Position blockiert. Druckschalter mit Entlastungsventil werden in Druckluftsystemen eingesetzt, in denen eine Druckentlastung des Kompressorkolbens vor dem Start erforderlich ist. Der CS ist für automatisches Ein- und Ausschalten von Luftverdichtern und Druckerhöhungsanlagen geeignet.
KP / KPI
Die Druckschalter und Thermostate KP und KPI werden für Steuerungs-, Überwachungs- und Alarmsysteme in einer Vielzahl von Industrieanwendungen eingesetzt.
KP-Druckschalter werden hauptsächlich für gasförmige Medien eingesetzt, während KPI-Druckschalter eher für flüssige und gasförmige Medien geeignet sind. Die Produkte sind in den Schutzarten IP30 und IP55 erhältlich.
Die KP-Druckreihe umfasst speziell entwickelte Druckschalter und -begrenzer für Dampfkessel und andere Heizungsanwendungen.
Für die Steuerung und den Schutz (Trockenlauf) von Wasserpumpen ist der Doppeldruckschalter KP44 geeignet und gewährleistet eine verlängerte Lebensdauer der Wasserpumpe.
KPS

For KPS pressure switches the position of the contacts depends on the pressure in the inlet connection and the set scale value.
The series covers most outdoor as well as indoor application requirements and is suitable for use in monitoring alarm and control systems in factories, diesel plants, compressors, power stations and on board ships.
MBC 5000 / MBC 5100
MBC-Druckschalter werden in industriellen und maritimen Anwendungen eingesetzt, bei denen Platzbedarf und Zuverlässigkeit die wichtigsten Merkmale sind.
MBCs sind kompakte Druckschalter, die nach unserem Blockdesign so konstruiert sind, dass sie den rauen Bedingungen in Maschinenräumen an Bord von Schiffen standhalten.
MBCs zeichnen sich durch hohe Vibrationsfestigkeit aus, und der MBC 5100 verfügt über alle gängigen Schiffszulassungen. Die feste, aber geringe Differenzdruckmessung gewährleistet die präzise Überwachung kritischer Drücke.
MBV-Prüfventile können als Standardoption für MBC geliefert werden.
RT
RT pressure switches incorporate a pressure controlled, single-pole change over switch where the contact position depends on the pressure in the connection port and the set value. The RT series consists of pressure switches, differential pressure switches and pressure switches for neutral zone regulation, all for general use within the industrial and marine segments. The series also covers safety pressure switches dedicated for steam boiler plants. For installations in which operation is particularly critical from safety and economic points of view, the use of fail-safe pressure switches is recommended. The use of gold-plated contacts is also recommended in such installations, provided operation involves only a few switching cycles or signal currents and voltages.
