EvoFlat FSS 110
Application
The EvoFlat FSS 110 is a compact and user‑friendly flat station with a depth of only 110 mm. It can be used for both radiator heating and underfloor heating.
It is particularly suitable for two‑pipe systems in residential buildings supplied via a secondary connected district heating system, a combined heat and power (CHP) system, or a central boiler plant. The EvoFlat FSS 110 is available either as a built‑in version with a Recess box or as a wall‑mounted.
Primary Side
The flat station is pre‑assembled with components such as a differential pressure controller (integrated into the main temperature controller TPC‑M), strainer, and fitting pieces for the installation of a heat meter and water meter.
Radiator heating (HE)
The flat station supplies the radiator heating circuits with the flow temperature provided by the supply. The differential pressure regulator integrated as standard creates optimal operating conditions for the heating.
Floor heating (HE)
With the SGTZ Distribution units installed, the flat station supplies the underfloor heating with a regulated flow temperature, adjustable form 15 °C to 50 °C. The integrated temperature controller create optimal operating conditions.
A bathroom radiator or towel dryer can be connected using an optional high‑temperature connection set.
Domestic hot water (DHW)
The domestic hot water is heated in the heat exchanger according to the flow‑through principle, with the temperature regulated by the automatic controller featuring an integrated differential pressure controller, TPC‑M.
The combined hydraulic and thermostatic control of the TPC‑M ensures maximum user comfort. The flow‑controlled section allows primary and secondary side flow through the heat exchanger only when hot water is being drawn, and stops the flow immediately once the draw‑off is completed.
If necessary, the station can be expanded with a hot water circulation set.
